From the moment I dropped off my vehicle they were very courteous and respectful of my questions and concerns. Michael let me take all the time that I needed to make sure my questions/concerns were addressed and vehicle would return to me and perfect condition. After performing an estimate that the insurance company didn't think was accurate, Concours continued to advocate on my behalf and was successful in get the correct amount. My car was returned to me in under the estimated time. The craftsmanship of the vehicle repair was top notch. All the parts that were replaced are OEM.( They always use OEM, so no need to ask) I was a little skeptical about body shops ability to match the OEM paint however they absolutely nailed it down to the blue flake sparkle in the black paint of my SUV. They even were able to make a slight adjustment to the repair to include a different part that I wanted installed. Michael personally dropped off my vehicle to me when it was ready. I honestly feel like I was made whole again as I didn't have to sacrifice any of my money or emotional currency to get things where they were before the accident. Took it in on a Wednesday, and it was done two days later on Friday. On pick up they asked if I had looked really closely at the repair. I said pretty close. I was a bit shocked by the price-- and in a good way. My two dents, about the size of peas, but in difficult to reach areas, were estimated at about $150. Low and behold, after about an hour of effort, the team at Dent Clinic was able to completely get rid of the damage. I can't even see where the marks were! Austin was fantastic to work with and the whole experience was a breeze. I couldn't be happier, and while I hope I never have another dent on my car (like that will ever happen, right?) at least I know that if I do need repairs in the future I have a great team to go to for help.

Asked google for the highest rated dent removal shop near me. Dent Clinic came up with a 4.9 out of 5 rating. Read some reviews was very impressed. Checked a couple other places out. And most said they could get it back to 90%+/- a few. Dent clinic said they could get it closer to 95-99% I added before and after photos. Understand the white stuff in the before Photo is PPF had to remove it, but you can see how bad the dent was. If you don't know what PPF is ask a body shop and get it, it saved my paint no scratches. As for cost they were very reasonable compared to others.

We got in sooner than their initial estimate, but the work took longer than the week they suggested. They had to fix things then paint, and it all looked to match perfectly. However, we noticed that weekend (once my husband had a passenger) that the front passenger door was hanging low and didn't match the line of the trim. We called to see what could have caused this since we didn't see this issue before we brought it in and the accident damaged the left driver side. We were told by the shop that it was that way when we brought it in. First off, NO. We even have a few pictures before we brought it in and that was not the case. As we didn't trust what they were saying, we took it to another body shop to get an estimate to fix this issue. Within a matter of minutes, they found that the bracket on the frame that holds the door shut wasn't screwed all the way in. They surmised that someone may have taken things apart on both sides to line things up when reassembling and perhaps didn't remember to screw that part in. They fixed it on the spot for no charge.

There were two areas of concern on the car, one needed significant attention later and the other he FIXED for me on the spot in 4 minutes! The best part was that he gave me an honest review of the car's exterior. He pointed out that the car had been repainted ( that fact was not disclosed by CarFax or Carvana ). He took the time to show me overspray, failed clear coat application, imperfections in paint application like dust and dimples, how the paint was applied incompletely and destroyed seals. He also show me how all the door moldings were pulled back and were not reattached professionally and would cause water damage, noise, and improper/uneven closing. He roughly estimated $3-4k worth of re-do work, not for him or his business but for me to consider while finalizing my thoughts on the purchase. Based on what PJ showed and shared with me and the trust he quickly earned with me with his knowledge and honesty, I rejected that car. Long story, short version: you can trust these guys to be honest, helpful and to care about quality. They are not in business just to make a buck but to build relationships that matter.
