Do not recommend! PERSONAL ITEMS MISSING UPON RETURN!! I was skeptical about taking my Lexus to this place because I usually take it to a shop that primarily deals with higher end vehicles. Only went with this place because the repair job came with a warranty and it was easier to go with a preferred shop of the insurance company who was paying for my vehicle repairs (not my insurance). Caliber Collision employees spent 2 DAYS RUMMAGING though my car looking for my wheel lock. Mark who handled my vehicle claim never asked for my wheel lock or notified me that it would be needed during the estimate process or the morning I dropped off my car. He just sent me a text days later saying they couldn't find my lock and when I gave him permission to search through my glove box and center console he said they had already looked everywhere for it. Which is VERY INVASIVE given I had personal belongings inside that I didn't have the time to completely remove. Among those items was a jewelry bag with my most favorite gold earrings and necklace inside that I had bought on an overseas trip (not easily replaceable). Yes I know I should've removed all valuables but it's the principle! Do yourself a favor and go to European Collision Repair where you won't experience any sketchiness! Proceed at your own risk! If you do, REMOVE ALL VALUABLES! *Edited in response to the reply* The next day after posting this review, I received a call from the manager of that store who let me know I should've called about my belongings as soon as possible bc maybe he could've looked in their vacuum in case they got sucked up when the cleaners were detailing my car. Which would've not been easy since these earrings were pretty large and sitting on my Dash under some papers(see pics for reference). (Keep in mind you sign off on an agreement stating they're not responsible for any missing valuables.) He mentioned he had a photo of my dash and confirmed the papers that there were laying on top of my dash. I told him my valuables were underneath those papers so it would've not been easy for a vacuum to pick up solely those items and not the remaining papers laying on top. *Note that the papers that were laying on top of my jewelry were still there when I picked up my car. He also mentioned that there's a lot of people in/out of cars for things like cleaning, alignment, etc. My car was taken somewhere for alignment. Sooo you can do the math. He told me he would get me in contact with his manager..and I never heard from anyone. I sent the email with the information requested after the store after called me. No response. Again just overall bad customer service and uneasy feelings when dealing with this business. Not worth the hassle. read more

2020 Hyundai Tucson - Bought brand new, hardly driven since I purchased because of the pandemic lockdown. Literally less than 3,000 miles in a year and a half. Even the guy at Collision was shocked. Beware, you will be overcharged and given work that is not needed. The Situation - I hit an orange cone on the interstate and it ripped my front bottom bumper a bit. This would have been easy to fix, nice, quick and simple. Unfortunately my insurance made me go here. At first I was optimistic, the guy knew I was out of pocket because my insurance lied to me about my deductibles. He said it shouldn't be much because the damage is not severe and that they tend to go "easy" on those who are out of pocket, probably around $150. As well as being fast and I'd probably get it back in a day or two. Cut to two days later and he calls me to tell me they are going to have to replace the bumper and the radiator and a couple other pieces bringing the total to over $2k. Then called me back again to say there was an identical car in the lot that had the "same" damage and was fixed but mine was not fixed yet and to not come and try to pick it up. Now, decoding the lies. One, there is no chance there was another car exactly like mine with the exact damage as mine that forced them to replace all of these things that were NOT DAMAGED. So why did he lie? To cover up accidentally repairing the wrong car? Possibly. How do I know they are lying? I took it to one of my friends at a Hyundai Dealer to check it, this was a favor for me because they do not complete body repairs there and they FULLY inspected it, the only thing wrong with it was the bumper, max $250 depending on where the company gets the bumper replacement from. My father is also a mechanic and he checked it out and said nothing was wrong but the bumper. Two extremely qualified mechanics stating nothing was wrong and then suddenly I'm over $2000 deep in unnecessary repairs. Not only that this devalues the entire car and damages the structure, it will never be the same now. I can see it now, there is going to be a lot of extra mechanic visits in my future because of this, might as well just junk it, a brand new car that was barely driven at all, trash. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I had to bring my van back 3 times for work that was subpar at best and when the work was finished the last time the employee working my file said "I know you're not happy with it, I'm sorry." My fear was that if I were to leave it again more damage would be done. (3 attempted paint jobs, a trim piece replaced that didn't need to be replaced that now rattles in the wind, the panels and door didn't line up and had to be re-aligned, empty promises of making it all right). While I was waiting for my van the last time there was another customer who pointed out trash in his paint job that was just completed that then had to be pulled back into the garage. There is no oversight/quality control and from what I experienced - no care in the work done at this shop. I wish I had read all the other reviews before bringing my vehicle to this location. I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision. My service advisor Shawna and the General Manager Brent bent over backwards to make sure that my vehicle was done on an expedited timeline before I had to make a long trip. If they had not, I would have had to come out of pocket at least $1000 dollars to cover my rental car. Additionally, the workmanship was outstanding and the communication throughout was excellent. The employee I dealt with clearly doesn't care about his job. First he took my keys home with him on his day off so when I went to pick my car up I had to kill half an hour while he drove them back to the shop. Things happen and I could have easily brushed that off though. I looked at the paint when I picked it up but failed to notice that the taillight was still cracked. Not a little cracked but a lot. How do you replace a bumper and fail to replace the tail light? He told me to come back and thankfully I didn't make the trip there that day because the next day he told me he didn't have the taillight. That it had been accidentally sent back when they closed the ticket. So clearly it was on the repair order to be replaced. I had also asked for a quote to get some small scratches fixed on the door and one dent. Instead of sending the correct quote I was send something else that said "insurance pay" at the bottom. When I asked about this when I picked up my car he said "we don't really do customer pay work here. It would be cheaper to take it somewhere else." I also pointed out that the passenger window whistled now after they said they had the door apart. He didn't care and was very apathetic. Last complaint- the completion date didn't get updated until the last minute on a Friday before I was on my way out of town for business so I had to keep the rental car an extra 3 days and then fight with insurance to reimbursed me for the extra charges. read more

SCAMMERS, LIARS, CROOKS. Horrible customer service and even worse quality of work. My 2019 was backed into and needed a new rear door and some work on the rear quarter panel. Whatever my insurance paid was wayyyy too much. first of all, if a guy named Mark wants to work with you, RUN. This man lied to me, did his job horribly and even falsified insurance reports. After refusing my car after the shoddy work they did, he said "the estimator" said it was good, and told my insurance it's done. Guess what?! he's the same guy! This good for nothing excuse of a man gave me his word that he would get it done and done right. Let me tell you, it's FAR from right. theres major orange peel on the panels they painted and blended, the door they replaced is making a weird noise when opening and closing, the door trim has come loose and is nearly falling off, and there is trash in the new areas they painted! They even left bolts loose, so now I'm concerned for my family's safety when riding in the car. What's gonna fall off? Who knows! The customer service team has made no attempt to make it right either. These people shouldn't be allowed to touch cars. As a somewhat experienced body shop employee, I was able to see these flaws. I really feel sorry for the people they have scammed that assume they did a good job! How many unsafe vehicles are out on the road because of this shop's terrible workmanship? read more

My Mazda SUV was rear ended, and we took our car here because of the good reviews. There was delay after delay after delay. Poor communication. New bumper took 3.5 weeks to repair after an initial estimate of 1 to 1.5 weeks. Once we got our car back, the trunk was filthy with dust, debris, and white powder residue from the repair. Wouldn't leave a bad review normally because I understand delays happen, but not cleaning after yourself is simply lazy service. Would not recommend. read more

Don't ever use them. I wanted to use them to fix my Hyundai SantaFe that got wrecked. everything seemed fine, but once they realized my rental car time on my insurance was about out (Even though it wasn't) they decided they were not going to work on my car anymore, and chose not to notify me or my insurance. I only found this out after trying to ge the windshield fixed through their glass division. The guy that i was in contact with was shitty to me on the phone. He was very rude. it would've been nice to have been notified of them choosing not to work on my car, but literally nobody, not even the GM contacted me. read more

A bunch of scammers, they charged my insurance company $7000 to replace a rear bumper and a tail light and a blind spot sensor, and it took them a whole month to do it and everyday I call they tell me the car will be ready in 2 days. A month after I got my car back they send me a work order asking me for $787.50 saying that they took my Nissan to the Nissan dealer, which is something they never mentioned doing and it was never in any of the invoices and everyday I was calling to check on the car because it was taking them forever and they never said anything about taking the car to the Nissan dealer. I paid $500 out of my pocket which is what was in the invoices and what they said they will charge me and the insurance will pay the rest, and now they want me to pay another $787.50 for something that they never mentioned doing and they mailing me about it after a whole month, which sounds like a very big scam. read more

After talking with Caliber again about the situation. I found out that my wife had spoken with the wrong people that were involved in the repair of our car. I was told that Caliber will always stand behind their repairs with their lifetime warranty. I apologized and appreciated their apology as well. I was able to set up an appointment for 12/9/19 to bring my car back. They are setting me up with a rental which is extremely helpful! Excellent responsive service. The whole process, from dropping off to picking up the car, was consumer orientated. Brian Hode, my assigned customer agent, kept me informed of the progress on the repair via text messaging, answered all of my lengthy questions, and is technically savvy to understood the needs of the job and helped streamline the process by solving issues on the "front end" (pardon the pun- my car front corner panel needed repair). For example, the initial estimate called for a certain headlamp, which was corrected upon a discussion with Brian. Overall, first rate service and job. The car looks better than it did when I bought it! The service staff was was very "detail" oriented (pardon the pun). Once the repair was completed, the staff took the time to clean the car after working on it. I may get into an accident just to get my car washed and cleaned. Very satisfied with the result. Don't take your car here unless you remove ALL of your personal belongings before dropping it off. They have you sign a paper stating they aren't liable for your belongings left in the car which you may assume is just standard but no, they will actually steal from you! They stole all of the change out of my cup holders, rummaged through console and stole my really nice knife out of my glovebox (and who knows what else that I haven't noticed yet). read more
