Left my car a mess rocker panel was hanging by off, my seat and shift boot had overspray all over. Janessa from Caliber Collision is the most professional and understanding person. I had to rent a car and she made things happen fast for us because she knew we were spending a lot of money for the rental. My car was finished within 2 weeks and that was only because parts took a few extra days to come in due to covid. Janessa kept me updated the whole time and always got back to me quickly if I had any questions or concerns. I am so happy with the end results. A few days after I picked up my vehicle, I noticed a small part was missing from my windshield and figured it was left at Caliber Collision. I called Janessa and we both figured out that the piece came off during the accident so it was not Caliber Collisions mistake but she said to bring my car in anyway and that she would have it replaced for no charge. When I brought my car in Janessa was a great help and an awesome responder. She right away helped me as soon as I arrived and guided me throughout the entire process considering it was my first time experience. She took a look at my Honda accord and was guiding me with what she was seeing as well as helping me become aware that there was more damage than I thought (door and hood being unaligned) and it amazed me! She gave me a date to take my car into the shop for repair, and helped me get set with a rental at hertz! (Both companies in same building) overall the process was very smooth, very fast (took about a week and a half for the entire process and getting my car back) and the outcome of my car is like nothing ever happened! beware, caliber collision works for the insuance company not you!!! i took my car to 11643 s. prairie hawthorne, the rep luis rodriguez inform state farm that the damage done to my car was from something other than the accident i reported. my car sat there from 9/27/2022 till 10/7/2022 when the ins. could come in inspect it themselves ( my car sat for two week all while i had a rent a car that expired on 10/7/2022) as of 10/10/2022 they still had not started work on my car and i am paying for rental everyday while they continue to play games with a simple fender bender. i will pay more in retanal and dedictiable than the estimate. never ever again read more
