My truck was hit Dec '21. Brought it in and the customer service is alright, they keep you updated via texts. My truck was hit in December and I didn't receive my truck back until March/April which was not really fault of theirs they say due to parts being backed up at this time. The truck was back to its original self and looking clean except the truck bed was cracked still so I asked them to fix it. I guess they must've been in a rush because when they sprayed the bed it got little black specs all over my truck's paint job. They apologized and said they would take care of it but have they followed up? Nope, I've left a voicemail and they don't check 'em or follow up with you. The girl didn't give clear directions about drop off said she'd call to confirm the date of drop off and then called the day of wondering where I was... I've called and spoke to the owner, given him dates for drop off, & no call back. It feels like the runaround. 3 out of 5 because it got done, I'm thankful but it was not done thoroughly. My car had been making a rattling sound for a few days when exhilarating and slowing down. I was told to bring it to Xtreme Auto Collision by a friend who said they work with Geico Insurance. I immediately called and asked if I could make an appointment. They were able to fit me in for a diagnostic the same day and had been accommodated for with transportation. They looked at my car thoroughly and made sure all the car parts were tightened and fluids filled with no leaks. I was given a full report of what was checked and recommended. Horrible service and insurance follow up. Have been waiting for them to go and take photos of my vehicle for nearly a month of BS back and forth with lies from the insurance company (Infinity Insurance) and (Xtreme Auto). No one has done anything about clearing and repairing my vehicle. Time for the report to be sent to the appropriate authorities. Infinity and Xtreme Auto Repair who are in bed with one another. Losing my job for not being able to use my vehicle for work is outright scandalous. This has been going on 3 1/2 weeks (Sept 14th 2021 its now 10/08/2021). Then they claim today 10/8/2021 the don't have the assignment and that their people never said they had the assignment, calling me an outright liar! I have waited for a call for two week for a lie that was not true by Maricela the receptionist who claimed the assignment was there and confirmed it. Taking a message for Shawn to call me back, which he never called back. However he called the other shop to go and see the car, but still never contacted me and the other shop states he never showed up! Then when he was called out on his lie, he then exclaimed to take my car elsewhere. This place is bad news folks truly beware! read more

Was once a great business when the owner John P was at this location. John was attentive to all his customers and never made you feel like you were interrupting his day. I have had three cars painted here back when John was still running the shop. John has since opened a new shop in Fresno and is at the Fresno location full-time. He is greatly missed. He now has a family member "Dick" working the front office, and let's just say he has no business working in customer service. "Dick" has a poor attitude, unprofessional and is just outright rude. This has been my experience with "Dick" on more than one occasion. I had to bring my car back three times so they could fix little things that they missed or tried to pass off and each time I had to deal with Mr. Attitude . In this business attention to details is extremely important and providing great customer service should be a priority as well especially when there are other shops in town that are more professional, greet you with a smile, attentive and appreciate your business. If you want to be treated like you're an inconvenience then this is the place. read more

I would pass by this business everyday to work and when I needed my car repaired I decided to stop. I had front work done on my 2014 Camry and I am 100% satisfied. My car looks so good. They even washed and detailed it. John the owner even came out to make sure that I was satisfied. They kept me posted on the work being done on my vehicle through out the process. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a great price and quality work. When I went to pick up my car I didn't see it and then my husband tells me it's right there. It looked that good.
