There was a lot of work to be done for 3 guys. Now with w I knew quality would lack. The next thing he said is that I didn't need to have my RV buffed. He would just wash and seal it. I about laughed. I'm not a professional detailer, but I'm not an idiot. I have done my own maintenance and upkeep on my vehicles since I got my DL at age 15. Towards the end of the day, as the sun was going down he told me he wouldnt be able to remove some of the oxidation with his equip/technique. That I would have to pay him $800 more. And he would sand it. Again. I al and most died.lol. my RV is barely 2 years old. When I started pointing out spots that were not done correctly, he got a little pissy with me. After that, I quit talking to him and asked his employee to fix the areas and he did graciously. Like he knew it was messed up and they only did a mediocre job at best. Alex is a used car salesman. Not actually intelligent, but talks a good talk. He is also kinda lazy. I watched him leave several times while his employee stayed and work his butt off. He also used my equipment and did not put it back and stepped on and broke a chemical bottle that was sitting next to my garden hose. Oh, and did I mention he had no regard or respect for my truck and neighbors truck. He totally got over spray soap and water on both of them w days after I paid to have it washed. I told him he needed to make it right for my truck and my neighbors. He did half of my truck.lol. There are few options available on the Angel's Camp area and he knows that and take advantage of it. He has made a killing off of me and my co workers. But I plan on informing everyone to try to avoid him or at least make sure you inspect and have him correct his work. I am not happy or impressed with his services. I'm not even sure he did what he said he was going to do with the proper chemicals. I dont plan on it lasting 1 year as he guaranteed me it would.

I started talking to Sam months ago and he would, out of the kindness of his own heart spend a whole hour on the phone with me patiently answering all my questions on how to polish my airstream when I was planning on doing it myself. At this point he wasn't set to make any money off me and still was very kind. After spending a couple of hours on a high speed makita buffing machine I learned why these guys deserve every dollar they charge. You're nuts if you think you can save money doing it yourself. the safety gear, multiple machines, compounds, pads, acids and strippers all add up and the results of a do it yourselfer never measure up I am highly mechanically inclined and I would 100% recommend you do not polish your own airstream without many hours of supervised hands on training. These guys are animals on these machines and can efficiently polish these trailers safer and faster then anybody else I've come across bite the bullet and hire the best you ab solutely will not be disappointed in your decision.

Wanted someone who could sanitize, get rid of the cigarette smell, and just make me feel like I'm driving my car again. The car was also 10 years old so getting rid of the dirt from the cracks would be a nice way to start off the year. Emailed Sam and he was quick to email back with a quote and timeline. I would say within 2 days of a response! Who knew that people actually answered their emails? Called up on 1/4 (Monday) and was lucky enough to speak to Cindy, the receptionist. She was sympathetic to my wants. Felt like talking to a friend. I then spoke to her husband who was more than willing to accommodate even with the possibility that my husband might drop off the car and need a ride to work. Decided to drive up the car myself and wait around. On 1/5 (Tuesday), I drove in at 9am to get my car finally cleaned. - - - - - Pros - - - - - - Decent waiting room with table and chairs even an arm chair - Water and coffee. Not the best but they were always offering me coffee and donuts that someone brought in. - Co workers including Sam (the owner) would come in and always say 'Hi' and/or shake my hand - Bathroom was better than expected. - WIFI Overall, I needed to study and was able to be comfortable/felt welcomed enough to study for the 4 hours that I was there. - - - - - Cons - - - - - - Sometimes when the phone rang, a basketball game like buzzer would go off. After the first one, I was immune to it. - - - - - Forewarning - - - - - Location does not provide for walking to any shop or to do some errands on foot but it is an auto shop and the location is sufficient for them so I do not really consider this a con but more a forewarning that people should prepare ahead of time like bring food or something with which to occupy yourself. Now the job. James did an amazing job. - Crevices - Cleaned! I hope to post a picture of my middle console which just had glitter and gunk near the bolts. He cleaned that! Who cleans that? He does! - Carpets - Washed - Door panels - Washed and the wife's owner even noticed that the cloth was coming off so she asked James to fix it. Wow! - Dashboard - Gunk gone. When I ran my finger across the top, it did come up slightly black but I think that was more from the dust in the auto shop. Sounds odd but honestly, the rest of the car was amazing that I didn't mind that. It's an auto shop so a little light dust is nothing. And finally...Price. Nice! Four all the work, done in four hours and for that price? Amazing! James even washed the exterior of my car because he thought why not? He also gave me a quote for the exterior damage should I want to get it fixed. Overall, very satisfied both with customer service and job performance.

I had a very disappointing experience with Paint Protection Fresno. I brought my brand-new Tesla in for window tinting and front-end ceramic coating/wrapping. Unfortunately, the quality of the wrap work was poor, and I noticed visible scratches or indentations on the front bumper when I picked up my vehicle after the work was completed. The car had been left outside in the parking lot, and I was told to pick it up without any formal sign-off or walkaround inspection. I took photos of the marks immediately and texted John, the shop manager, before driving the car home. John told me the marks might be bubbles because the coating was still fresh and needed time to cure, so he advised me to wait a week before bringing the vehicle back. After more than a week, the scratches or bubbles were still very visible, so I returned to the shop for him to inspect the issue. I was very frustrated when he told me the marks were either pre-existing or insignificant. I explained that I had inspected my vehicle before dropping it off and knew those marks were not there. If there had been any existing damage, it should have been documented or brought to my attention before the work began. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. My brand-new car was in excellent condition before the service, but it came back with visible damage. Instead of honoring the warranty or taking responsibility, I was told I would need to pay another $800 if I wanted the area re-wrapped. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful before taking a vehicle here for service, as I do not feel the shop stood behind its work or handled the situation honestly or professionally.
