Meanwhile, Gunner was out there giving my headlights the VIP spa treatment -- attention to detail on point. My car went from "I can kinda see" to "Is that the sun or my headlights?" Customer service? Solid. Work? Clean. Speed? NASCAR pit crew vibes. When it's time for a full detail, I already know where I'm going. Gunner, you've got yourself a repeat customer!

What really stood out was the mobile service. No hauling anything anywhere, no waiting around. They showed up, got to work, and had us taken care of quickly and efficiently. However, this time the appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and no courtesy call or message was made to let us know there would be a delay, especially since I had prepaid for the service. A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. I had to reach out myself about 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. I've never had this type of experience before, which is why I felt confident recommending your services to my boyfriend. Communication goes a long way, and I hope this can be improved moving forward.

I was texted an hour before the appointment and again about 30 minutes before the appt with an ETA. I appreciate when someone is respectful of my time and honors punctuality (this is big to me)!! He arrived, set up, and got straight to work. When he was done with detail he asked me to come out and take a look.... My 14 year old car was left looking brand new! I was shocked! The interior was immaculate (like the day I bought the car) and the windows were crystal clear. He did an amazing job with the detail and I was left very satisfied with the quality of work. The entire car was sparkling (tires and all). I have since referred Automax to all my friends, family and coworkers AND I look forward to using their service again in the future. Thanks again!!!

The good: I like the two guys, presumably the owner and another staff, who came. The eh: there were some really bad stains in my upholstery, wasn't expecting any miracle work. It does look a lot better. However, there were complete areas that were missed: under the rear window, headrests, front of console, etc. There was also some just splashing from the cleaning that wasn't wiped up. I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.
