They apologized and said they would take care of it but have they followed up? Nope, I've left a voicemail and they don't check 'em or follow up with you. The girl didn't give clear directions about drop off said she'd call to confirm the date of drop off and then called the day of wondering where I was... I've called and spoke to the owner, given him dates for drop off, & no call back. It feels like the runaround. 3 out of 5 because it got done, I'm thankful but it was not done thoroughly.
