First, he is so pleasant and easy going, and explains things, which I appreciate since it is not my area of expertise. Second, he navigates insurance really well. He is not on our provider list, but we totally trust him, so we use him anyway. We just tell our insurance that he is our choice, and he communicates with insurance about everything after that to get the work covered. Finally, the best part is that he does beautiful work. Our cars literally look brand new when we get them back. Great service and product value. Highly recommend.

I was able to chat with several people, including one of the few seasoned fiberglass experts in the area, and was given a general ballpark. Once serious and decided, I returned to hand over the car and get a more tuned quote and timeline. During the next 12 weeks, the car's awful fiberglass body was given much needed TLC. Mike was in constant contact over phone and text message, providing status updates, pictures, and timeline updates. I'm very very pleased with the results and the price. It was not cheap (between $5k and $10k), but other shops were quoting $15k+. The difference might be that the other shops were only wanting to do a perfect, concourse-level job, and I was able to inform Sentry that this was unnecessary for my use case. I highly recommend Sentry to anyone with a car they truly care about, be it classic or modern. You won't pay an exorbitant price and will get very good results. I'm sure you can get better results if you ask and are willing to pay for the extra time.

*UPDATE* : (Seeing the owners response on Google just proves my point further. I'm sorry for anyone…read morewho has to deal with that sort of service ) I am beyond frustrated with this experience. This company promotes itself as being honest and efficient, yet they charged me for a full vehicle paint job, only to deliver partial work. I was promised a complete silver body paint with a black top. While the top is black, it already looks like the paint is fading, and they added strips that I assumed were painted on, but one actually peeled off. That was unexpected and concerning. As for the silver paint on the body, I recently took the car to another shop to fix issues this company should have addressed. The technicians there pointed out each part of the car that I had replaced, explaining that it was obvious the company had only tried to match the color instead of repainting the entire vehicle as promised. For $2,000, I expected a fresh, uniform coat of paint, but that's not what I got. To make matters worse, I tried reaching out to Ramon multiple times. Previously, he was responsive, even providing a direct number while I was making payments. Now, that number just reaches a general line, and I can only leave messages with a receptionist. No one has followed up, and I feel ignored. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. **Additionally, they took my car to a nearby mechanic--apparently a friend or family member of theirs--to check an ABS sensor light that was on. I agreed to pay the diagnostic fee of over $150, only for them to tell me nothing was wrong. They temporarily turned off the sensor (at an extra cost), but the light came back on after just a week of driving. My current mechanic has since discovered that the entire ABS system needs attention, which explains the noise coming from the rear wheel. I can't help but wonder why US 29 and their associates tried to cover this up. According to my current mechanic, When done incorrectly, body work can actually damage a car's anti-lock braking system. I can't stress it enough. Steer clear of US 29 COLLISION CENTER
