Our grandson Mason's new 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross was backed into while he was inside of a coffee house in Surf City, NC. Of course, there was no note or information left behind from the person that crushed his passenger side front corner area. We had just made the first payment the week before. My husband had asked throughout the MCAS New River construction site where he is the safety manager and Caliber Collision at Fairway Road in Jacksonville, NC was mentioned as a trustworthy business. Our first interaction was with Heather and Nick, we soon made contact with Chris and Jeremiah. Each one of these individuals alone and as a team have provided us with exemplary customer service. They have been personable, patient, informative, professional, and above all, they are simply, kind people! We have been treated as if we were their only customer. You can tell in their voices how enthusiastic and confident they are regarding their ability to bring Mason's brand new birthday gift back to us in the same condition it had rolled off the dealer lot less than a month earlier. I was denied service after I told the receptionist that I wanted to pay with cash and this was after she told me it would cost $5,000. Anyhow once i told her I had cash in hand she got extremely rude then said they don't accept cash paying customers that they only deal with people paying through insurance companies. read more

I initially left a raving 5 star review, but after 3 months and continuous back and forth with this business, I'm changing it. My truck was not fixed correctly post accident. I've went to them multiple times with my concerns and was scoffed off for one reason or another. I went out of county for a second opinion and the "unable to replicate" issues were very easily and quickly replicated by the second party. My concerns were brought to me as concerns by the second party, and I was told they need to be fixed, not the other way around. Im always made to feel like I'm crazy when I come to them with issues and leave with nothing resolved. I had to spend almost $700 out of my own pocket for a rental for a week because my truck is that unsafe to drive due to front end issues they refuse to fix, and insurance won't step in even though I wasn't at fault because it's Calibers repair error. They refuse to reimburse me. It was either pay it myself or get fired and dropped from my Paramedic program. Naturally, I'm going to pay it. When the alignment was done, they never had the camber and caster adjusted even though I was impacted in the front end and in the tire. Never checked the suspension components either. So the truck severely shakes at highway speeds, but they can't replicate that, conveniently of course. Oh, and to top it off, I snapped a stud off making a 3 point turn around on the side of impact today- but I'm guessing that won't have anything to do with their lack of repairs when I go talk to them tomorrow at the open of business. I'll probably have to pay out of pocket for that too. Buyer beware. Stay the hell away from caliber if you value your time, money, sanity, and vehicle. read more

So since they weren't doing my work on my convertible top, They didn't want to help me, when USAA had even told me that they should have been the ones to take my vehicle and get it completed with the other party. USAA told me that is the way it should have happened vice sending me straight to the other place. I did a similar claim in California and the Caliber Colisión out there did exactly what USAA was saying too. I thought I could depend on them to take my car and help give it back to me fixed whether they contract it out elsewhere or not, they are the experts. read more

All in one stop. Great for Geico customers, and also have rentals from Enterprise. Lifetime warranty on all work and stand true to that. Any issues I had after my repairs they have handled in a timely manner. I've used them twice for repairs and wouldn't hesitate to come back if needed. read more

Very prompt and the quality of work is excellent. It is never fun whenever your car is damaged however if you need repairs I highly recommend Caliber Collision. Evelyn is absolutely remarkable in the communication and quality in which she handled my Cadillac. She went above what I was expecting and the car was detailed and looked just like new again. They even stayed open later than normal hours so I was able to pick up my car after closing. The customer service, communication and the remarkable attention to detail is far beyond my expectation; my Cadillac looks better than the day I bought it. The worst experience I have ever had while dealing with an auto body repair, if I could give zero stars I would. They had my car for almost two months despite the original return date was 3weeks after my accident. They damaged the entire front end of my car while in route and said if I wanted it fixed I had to file a separate claim. This would also have pushed the return date back even further. I do not trust them with my car so there is no chance I will let them fix it. Despite the car being mine and me paying them, they spoke to my husband exclusively and did not addresss me directly at all. While referring to me in passing they repeatedly called me the wrong name, even when I corrected the man several times. Things hanging from my rear view mirror were missing and they left tons of garbage in my trunk. These are just some of the problems I had with thrm. I will never take another car to them and anyone that is thinking of taking their car there should consider doing so. I wish I never would've had any sort of dealing with them. Great emerging business. I had damage done to the diver side of my truck. I decided to go through the Geico auto repair express. My vehicle was ready in about 3 days when I went to pick it up the first time it still had some damage that they painted over, it was a small chip about the size of a pea that they didn't fill properly and just painted. I left the truck there one more day for them to rectify the error, when I picked it up today it looked good as new. I liked the customer service and the final product was awesome. read more

This is a well run body shop with professional staff and John the Body Shop Manager will ensure that your vehicles looks as good as new. All of the vehicles that I have taken they all have looked like there was never any damage to them. I have dealt with this body shop for many years with both the government vehicles that I manage and my personal ones. Every vehicles I have taken there when I pick them up I can never tell where the damage was and they are always cleaned in and out. They do exceptional work and their staff are all true professionals and very knowledgeable. This is a well run shop and they will treat you like they would want to be treated. In the past I have dealt with Maria, Kevin, Keith and Harris and they are all true professionals. If you are not satisfy which I dough that they will make it right. I normally don't recommend something unless it needs to be recommended and I highly recommend this body shop. read more

Without a doubt the best body shop I've ever been to. These guys went above and beyond to fix my car. As a car enthusiast, It's already painful to have to deal with your car getting hit, these guys made the whole experience better. I have family that own body shops and Caliber Collision treated me better than them. Very knowledgeable and professional individuals. They already know what the insurance companies need and are going to ask for. Parts were ordered as soon as I dropped the car off. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. Even though the damage was more severe under the plastics, they dealt with State Farm and got the additional parts and labor done on the original estimated day. Best of all, they gave me DAILY updates on the status of my car. They even washed and cleaned the inside of the car. I've never had a body shop do that. Best body shop I've ever been to! read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Caliber. I had set an appointment up 10 days in advance. To accommodate my appointment, I had to miss a class and rearrange my work schedule. When I showed for the appointment, I was told that they were too over booked to take my car and would have to reschedule me in 2-3 wks! They were very nonchalant and dismissive about my inconvenience, and never called me to reschedule. Needless to say, wont be doing business there read more
