First of all, Patty, the office manager of THE BEST!!! From the moment you walk in the door after meeting her and her greeting you, you know you have come to the right place. Their text notification system is great!!! You get texts once or twice a week and they tell you where your car is in the process and it saves you from calling the office. My 2020 Lexus had front-end damage, requiring a hood replacement and other parts, such as the bumper and other front misc parts. If I could give an 11 rather than a 10, it still would not be enough. The completed car looked like it never had a scratch. I talked to several employees and each one was terrific, explaining what repairs were needed and why. I had my windshield repaired recently at Caliber Collision, but this isn't the first time I had my vehicle repaired here. The windshield repair was done very quickly and very well, you can barely see the crack. The staff was super nice and scheduled my repair right away as well as working with my schedule and being very flexible. I ended up not having a ride to pick up my vehicle and the General Manager, Jonathan, was so nice and went out of his way with another employee, sorry don't remember his name, but they brought my vehicle to me. I was so happy as I needed to pick up my son from school and wasn't sure how I was going to do that without my vehicle. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. You never want to have to go to a body shop, but sometimes it's inevitable and it's so important to find somewhere that you trust to do good work at the right price. I feel like I found that in Caliber Collision in Highland Park! I was a little concerned going with a new location of a large chain, where I didn't have any reviews to fall back on, but that concern turned out to be totally unfounded. From the first call, to key pickup (my car had been towed to the lot next to them, so that part was pretty easy), through all the repairs, they were nothing but great. I had been hit by an uninsured driver, so I had to deal an accident that wasn't my fault via my own insurance. To minimize the impact on my future rates, cost was really important to me! I also didn't want to be without a car for too long, since I only had about 3 weeks of rental that would be covered by my insurance. Luckily, Caliber really stepped up. Repairs were done quickly and at prices that were very fair. Everything worked perfectly when I got it back. I really appreciated the extra effort that they put in to double check everything before returning the car. I hope that I don't need them again, but undoubtedly something will happen and we would definitely return to Caliber if needed! read more

it was easy for me and Jonathan made it happen. I had to replace 2 mirrors, one on each side of the car. I drove right in! He looks at the damage and ask me if I could wait a few minutes and gave me an estimate. I told him to order the parts and he installed each mirror today. His quote was $500 less than another estimate that I had gotten. Picked up the car and he told me to be tested the mirrors and it worked fine. He even wash the car outside in the rain and vacuumed tvr inside. A pleasurable experience. read more
