Avoid this location! I stopped by this location to get an estimate for a window alignment. (Quick side note: There is absolutely no parking! Cars everywhere. i thought I was going to damage my vehicle simply finding a spot to park!) After parking my vehicle, I walk into the facility and theres a woman at a desk going threw some papers. I thought to myself, at any second, she'll look up and greet me. Negative. As I approach, I say hello. She looks up as if Im interrupting her, and snottily says "Can I help you?!?!" Whew! Well excuse me. lol. I tell her what I was there for. I did not have an appointment, but I was okay with scheduling one and coming back. Instead of speaking to me like a normal person, she spazzes out and says "Well my guys are inspecting cars at the moment, so Idk if they'll have time to look at yours! Fill this out." I fill it out, hand it to her and sit down. After 20 min, she does not give me an update either way. I didnt want to wait there, and have her tell me, "Sorry, you'll have to come back." After how I was treated, I just decided to leave. Heres the kicker! I FORGOT MY WALLET! SoOoO I had no choice but to go back. Thankfully, they let me know. I will say that! Once I got back, a gentlemen took a look at my car. He told me to give him 2 days to get get back to me with an estimate. This was on a Wednesday. Friday rolls around, I hear nothing. Theyre open for a short amount of time on Saturdays, but still I heard nothing. A week goes by ... Nothing. Dont take your car here people!! read more

Pretty upset with their customer service. Had an appointment for 10:00 am (made on Friday, appointment on Monday). It is 1.5 hr round trip drive. Husband and I take two vehicles to drop off one. They tell my husband they don't have any room for our truck and will call us in a few days. So....obviously they don't care about their customers. How hard would it had been to call us earlier, to let us know the situation instead of a wasted trip. Total bs. Will never use again. I will complain to AAA also. read more

I went in for a quote on head light replacement. My service advisor Mauricio Escalon looked at my vehicle before checking with the General Manager Diana Standafer who gave the approval to clean my head light without an appointment. Mauricio Escalon was polite, patient and very professional. This is my second time having work done at this location and again they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely refer all family and friends to the Caliber Collision located at 15833 Bear Valley Rd. in Hesperia. They are quick and knowledgeable. read more

Service was so so, it was hard to reach the person regarding about your vehicle. Reception was nice and had good customer service. She would always apologize for the other staffs and I think that's not right. Everyone should be responsible of their own fault. The service they did on the vehicle was good. read more

** 1/5 stars - total loss fraud & incompetence** **caliber collision (hesperia)** = **scammers who wasted 5 months of my life** they held my car **150 days** for an "8-day repair," **blocked my calls**, and returned it with **defective airbags**, **bent axle**, and **unfixed damage**. when i demanded they re-inspect their botched work, **they finally admitted it was a total loss** -- after *already* stealing my **$1,000 deductible** for nonexistent repairs. **liars. cheats. dangerous.** they knew this car was unsalvageable from day 1 but strung me along for months, **costing me my job** and nearly my safety. **avoid like the plague.** **#totallossfraud #calibercollisionscam #safetyhazard** read more

My technician Mauricio Reyes was awesome . He kept me updated every step of the way . He is very Knowledgeable and informative !

I took my car into the Caliber located at 15833 Bear Valley Rd. for repair when I heard flapping sound underneath my car. It turned out that the flash guard underneath my vehicle was damaged and ripped. Mauricio the service advisor took the time to show me where the damages were and told me which parts needed to be ordered. He gave me a clear quote and answered all of my questions. Mauricio called me when the parts arrived and was very understanding with my busy schedule. I took my car in and while I waited, they fixed my car. It looks great! Monique, their receptionist kept me company while I waited. Mauricio was patient and professional. Prior to this repair, I was in a hit and run; leaving my poor car side swiped. Mauricio and his team were wonderful then. My car looked new when they were done. Highly recommend. Like anything, ask questions and Mauricio will do his best to help. read more

We were happy with the work but disappointed with the service. They were hard to get hold of and they didn't follow-up like they said they would. Communication was horrible. We feel extremely cheated. Do what you say you are going to do. If things change, fine. Tell me that!! read more

Wouldnt even give this place 1 star. Unfortunately had to take my car back because when i received it after it was "all done" it had a broken rear bumper tab(went for fender/hood repair), & they never told me about it until i pointed it out, a few missing parts, AC stopped working the next day and to top it all off the right hood bracket was loose. So i took it back and it came out with even more scratches, Sam kept insisting i let them make it right but they cant, especially when they have the type of employees they do, petty to say the least. My car now has more dings and scratches than before so now i have to go thru insurance again and if i have to, court. DONT GO HERE read more

Can't say enough good things about this place. Chose this shop because I've experienced Caliber Collisions great work in the past. Took my car in because someone had scratched my doors while parking. As I'm particular about my car I went in with a very high expectation. When I dropped off my car I explained my standard and concerns. Amanda my Service advisor was on it from day 1. I had assurances that my car would be well taken care of. She kept me informed and updated the whole time, with such a warm and friendly attitude, and a definite personal touch. Needless to say when my car was finished it was done to perfection. Great job to Amanda and her whole team. Thanks again. Go check them out with confidence! read more

I want to say Thank you Caliber Collision for making my day. A special Thank you to Sam and Julie (JuJu) for accommodating me at last minute. You both were so kind with a positive attitude and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. Even though you didn't get the appropriate notification of my appointment you did not turn me away. Instead you got me in for repair and even guaranteed my car would be ready same day at 6 PM. Sam called at 540pm stating my car was ready for pick. Not only did you do a spectacular job but again you both made my day because now I get to take my car on my family trip. If I could give Caliber Collision more stars I would. FYI you have gain a customer for life. I will make sure to refer all family and friends to Caliber Collision on Bear Valley Rd. Again Thank you JuJu and Sam you both are Amazing! read more

This review is to bring awareness to all citizens of Hesperia / Victorville / Apple Valley / Adelanto / Phelan / and other High Desert cities. We all, at one point or another, seen or been involved in an automobile accident. We deal with constant traffic going up and down the I-15 Cajon Pass, a daily issue in our area. We are constantly reminded of how people have become irresponsible drivers by not putting their phones down, or simply want to be speed-demons, or patience runs out. Whatever the reason, we have to STOP AND THINK OF WHAT KIND OF ENVIRONMENT ARE WE LIVING IN???? Now, this review is about Caliber Collision, located on Bear Valley Rd. in Hesperia, CA. When you are involved in an automobile accident, it is a hard process to go through, very stressful, no matter what damages occur. When we have to deal with the repairs of our vehicle, it's the best comfort in the world, when you have someone advocating on your best interest, and will be your guiding hand and your voice during this crisis. Now, every case is different. Every situation is not always the same. I have been a resident of Southern CA since 2012. I have lived in the High Desert since 2015. I have been in 3 very heinous accidents. During 2 of those times, I worked with Caliber Collision. During both those times, I have met an extraordinary young man named Sam Llamas. Sam has worked for this company for a substantial period of time. His customer service and people skills are exceptional. I consider him, more than just my car repair advisor, but a dear friend. Recently I purchased an AS-IS vehicle and it needed some major body work done, including front bumper, front headlights, exterior paint blemishes, and other cosmetic repairs. Sam was the first that came to my mind. He put me in touch with several specialty repair shops around the area, including someone who could fix my front windshield quickly and affordably, for things he could not fix himself. Sam also goes out of his way to keep you informed during the repair process. He encourages you to "not give up" and has the mentality that "things will work out." In this day and age, I think we all need more of that. We need encouragement. I also want to thank Liz, the front desk clerk. She is pleasant person to work with as well. She is very professional and wears a lot of hats for her job, which is not easy. People who are overly stressed about their car, getting rental cars and how much will repairs cost, she handles those situations very professionally. I love this team and am now a lifelong customer. read more

Wow, what bad service, contrary to the reviews. Long story short, I took my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz for damage to the rear bumper and slight damage to the tailgate. I dropped it off on February 17 and as of May 8, the truck is not complete. The paint on the tailgate did not match the paint on the fenders and also, parts were missing on the bumper. Caliber Collision could not get the parts. I called and found the parts, contacted Caliber Collision, and yet they still only ordered one part. One part is still missing. The sad thing is, how unprofessional they were. I owe them money and they owed me $135. If I opted for them to send me the $135 I would have to wait approximately three weeks. Yet they would not wait one day for me to pay them when I still had a part missing and they would not release my truck to me. Even though I waited well over two and a half months, they could not wait one or two days for the money while I cashed the insurance check. I had to put the repairs on my credit card minus the $135. As previously stated, this is a long story made short. A lot more happened then what is mentioned on this review. My previous body shop had ratings that were a little bit lower than Caliber Collision's, and I chose Caliber Collision based on the reviews. That was a mistake and I am not happy with the repairs. read more

Great service! I was in a accident in my Ram 1500, the insurance company recommended them to me and I was so happy they did! We dropped off our truck on Friday and picked it up the following Friday. The whole staff was very kind and gave great customer service. Our tech Luis was very nice and made sure to keep me updated the whole way. When I dropped off they already had a rental car waiting for me, and when I picked up they were very quick to get me on my way. The repairs look great! Definitely 5 star service all the way around! read more

Customer service is not a thing any more and they proved it. Rude on the phone, dismissive in person, and not very helpful.

I was at a family gathering and unfortunately someone scraped my car. I have had bad experiences in the past. But this location of Caliber collision was recommended to me by Dennis Cassidy at enterprise rent a car. He told me that they were great and would be professional and have my car done fast. They originally quoted me a weeks time. But I went on a Tuesday and it was done on that Thursday. They were very helpful and kept me posted on my repairs.
