I took my car into the Caliber located at 15833 Bear Valley Rd. for repair when I heard flapping sound underneath my car. It turned out that the flash guard underneath my vehicle was damaged and ripped. Mauricio the service advisor took the time to show me where the damages were and told me which parts needed to be ordered. He gave me a clear quote and answered all of my questions. Mauricio called me when the parts arrived and was very understanding with my busy schedule. I took my car in and while I waited, they fixed my car. It looks great! Wouldnt even give this place 1 star. Unfortunately had to take my car back because when i received it after it was "all done" it had a broken rear bumper tab(went for fender/hood repair), & they never told me about it until i pointed it out, a few missing parts, AC stopped working the next day and to top it all off the right hood bracket was loose. So i took it back and it came out with even more scratches, Sam kept insisting i let them make it right but they cant, especially when they have the type of employees they do, petty to say the least. My car now has more dings and scratches than before so now i have to go thru insurance again and if i have to, court. DONT GO HERE read more

Wow, what bad service, contrary to the reviews. Long story short, I took my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz for damage to the rear bumper and slight damage to the tailgate. I dropped it off on February 17 and as of May 8, the truck is not complete. The paint on the tailgate did not match the paint on the fenders and also, parts were missing on the bumper. Caliber Collision could not get the parts. I called and found the parts, contacted Caliber Collision, and yet they still only ordered one part. One part is still missing. The sad thing is, how unprofessional they were. I owe them money and they owed me $135. If I opted for them to send me the $135 I would have to wait approximately three weeks. Yet they would not wait one day for me to pay them when I still had a part missing and they would not release my truck to me. Even though I waited well over two and a half months, they could not wait one or two days for the money while I cashed the insurance check. I had to put the repairs on my credit card minus the $135. As previously stated, this is a long story made short. A lot more happened then what is mentioned on this review. My previous body shop had ratings that were a little bit lower than Caliber Collision's, and I chose Caliber Collision based on the reviews. That was a mistake and I am not happy with the repairs. read more

I have been in 3 very heinous accidents. During 2 of those times, I worked with Caliber Collision. During both those times, I have met an extraordinary young man named Sam Llamas. Sam has worked for this company for a substantial period of time. His customer service and people skills are exceptional. I consider him, more than just my car repair advisor, but a dear friend. Recently I purchased an AS-IS vehicle and it needed some major body work done, including front bumper, front headlights, exterior paint blemishes, and other cosmetic repairs. Sam was the first that came to my mind. He put me in touch with several specialty repair shops around the area, including someone who could fix my front windshield quickly and affordably, for things he could not fix himself. Sam also goes out of his way to keep you informed during the repair process. He encourages you to "not give up" and has the mentality that "things will work out." In this day and age, I think we all need more of that. We need encouragement. I also want to thank Liz, the front desk clerk. She is pleasant person to work with as well. She is very professional and wears a lot of hats for her job, which is not easy. People who are overly stressed about their car, getting rental cars and how much will repairs cost, she handles those situations very professionally. Great service! I was in a accident in my Ram 1500, the insurance company recommended them to me and I was so happy they did! We dropped off our truck on Friday and picked it up the following Friday. The whole staff was very kind and gave great customer service. Our tech Luis was very nice and made sure to keep me updated the whole way. When I dropped off they already had a rental car waiting for me, and when I picked up they were very quick to get me on my way. The repairs look great! They originally quoted me a weeks time. But I went on a Tuesday and it was done on that Thursday. They were very helpful and kept me posted on my repairs.
