Everyone I encountered was professional, kind and considerate of someone that knows very little about cars! They also helped arrange for the rental car I needed while mine was being worked on. A couple months later I had an alert come on the dash. I looked it up and was told at a previous auto repair shop that it could be something related to the body work I had done being put back in place. Knowing nothing of this sort of thing, I called and was told to bring the car in. They looked at the situation and it was NOTHING related to their repair and what was presented as a possibility. Well, not only were they very friendly to my son, even giving him a little toy car but they had us in and out in about 15 minutes. They finished the repairs on my car earlier than expected which saved me some money on the rental car. They have someone that can take you and drop you off at Enterprise to rent a car. They even have coffee and soda/pop free while you wait. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me go home to get my checkbook to pay my deductible, because they have a fee to process credit and debit cards.
