I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be ready by Tuesday end of day. It wasn't ready until Thursday, which was already an inconvenience due to my rental situation. When I picked up my car, everything seemed fine at first. However, once I got home and looked more closely, I noticed multiple areas that looked foggy, almost like the clear coat had been damaged. I contacted them and was told it was likely overspray and to bring it back in. They took the car again, "fixed" it, and returned it washed--so it looked okay at the time. The next day, I got a call saying they had forgotten to put my emblem back on, which meant yet another trip back. A few days later, after finally washing my car myself, I noticed the same foggy issue was still there--especially when the car was wet. At that point, it was clear the problem was never properly fixed. I reached out again with photos, and now it's been almost a week with no response. While they were apologetic, the overall experience was frustrating. I brought my car in for a minor dent that I could have lived with, and now the finish looks worse than before. I ended up having to fix the issue myself, which should not be the case after taking it to a professional auto body shop. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but between the delays, quality issues, and lack of follow-up, I can't recommend this shop

He told me the shop did a fantastic job. and recommended them to me since it was also on the list of AAA approved shops. My car is a 3007 Lexus ES 350 and had been damaged in the left front bumper and fender. I brought in and met with Justin who surveyed the damage and gave me a honest appraisal of the situation. The car may not be repairable if it was determined if the car frame was damaged or it might be deemed a borderline salvaged vehicle because of the age of the car (18 years old) with the possibility my insurance would not cover the cost of repairs. He also explained the shop would try to keep the cost down and get non-OEM parts to satisfy my insurance company. The shop has a contract agreement with Enterprise Rent a Car so it was easy for them to pick me up at the shop to get a rental car. The shop fixed my car within 10 days as ptomised. After I returned the rental car, the driver asked if the Lexus car was mines in front of the shop and he stated he couldn't even tell where the original car damage was. My car is a unique Moon shell color but the color match and repair was perfect. Justin later explained to me in detail what they did and I was very happy with the reasonable cost and excellent repair work by Auto Body Expressions. I would highly recommend them for any of your auto body repairs.

They did a good job with the repairs and provided a lifetime warranty on their work. There have since been cracking and chips in the paint that was part of the work done and I believe this is related to durability of the repair. I contacted the original Service Advisor, Charles Chilton, originally on 2/11/26 who had me come in and he told me he would assist me with repairs under warranty. I called back after he did not follow up with me and he told me that his company had recently gotten a new paint supplier and he would get back to me after arrangements were made and they receive the paint for the job. He never got back to me. In fact he ghosted me. Since then, I've called back 5 times and have been transferred to him where he fails to answer. I leave messages with his staff and he has failed to return any of my calls. Caliber Collision offered a Lifetime Warranty for worked paid for by me and my insurance company that they are not honoring. I do not like the way I've been treated and definitely do not feel that my choosing their shop was a good choice at this point. Very poor customer service. I've contacted my claims adjuster at Progressive and have requested further direction, support, and assistance.
