Im sure my experience isn't rare. However i will share it to help others make a decision on where to bring their vehicle. I picked this place because it works with State farm and it was the closest location. I could only get an appointment a week after i called to make it. Everyone was nice to my face during my appointment. I was early to my appointment but the estimator was late. I was guided to just go inside and wait and no one here really explains much to you. I got my estimate back 3 days later from when it was taken with excessive things listed on there my car does not need. I am assuming they do this because they work with insurance companies. No one guided me if my car was safely drivable or not, i guess they just assumed i knew that because i drove it there and drove it home. I would have liked these guys to explain if im safe driving this thing around until it can get fixed because they are the experts apparently. They didn't say anything. I get an email from this place about scheduling to repair the damage before my insurance company even reached out to me regarding if my vehicle is a total loss or not. I called and the person who answered the phone was not friendly.. Johnathan. I believe his name is. Not sure. I was just calling to make sure we are on the same page or they know something i don't. The person over the phone was very rude and treated me like i was stupid. I understand a job can be frustrating but you should know you're dealing with people going through it if you work at a collision place. To the company: Please do not over work your employees. This makes the atmosphere of your work place negative and not helpful. Teach effective communication to your employees. This would probably solve most of the confusion or frustration between them and your clients. Communicate with the insurance companies before trying to schedule repairs with clients. This would help you look less scammy and stupid. To Johnathan or whoever answered the phone: Please understand you work in customer service and if thats not something that interests you, you might wanna look for other opportunities. read more

Customer service has gotten so bad, that getting help from such generous people is a real treat! DO. NOT. GO. HERE. They made repairs on my car without the diagnostic capabilities that my newer Toyota required and proceeded to ruin my electronics and sensors. I am now working with Toyota to get it fixed and seek financial compensation from this business which I am sure is going to be even more of a condescending mansplaining process. Toyota is in agreement that these system errors are due to their shotty and incapable reinstallement of parts from when my car was hit. My 2018 Camry isn't even that new so that speaks to their lack of professionalism and ability to work on cars. This cost me hundreds more out of pocket and even more time without my vehicle. I will never visit a caliber again. Take your business and money elsewhere. I would just also like to point out that the first time I went to pick up my car they had installed the wrong bump which I noticed because it was the completely wrong color. Although they fixed that problem relatively professionally, they didn't even have the skill set to realize it was the wrong bumper and color, what?!? read more

Great customer service, will find a way to get you in for estimate and repair as soon as possible, and will still have your car back to you WEEKS prior to the original estimated date. Black ice... Kia Rio meets fire hydrant. My wife's car slid into a hydrant damaging the lower front end on the passenger side. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision and I'm very glad they did. Joe at Caliber texted almost daily letting me know exactly what was being done and kept me up to date which made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Joe finished the car long before the stated completion date and the repair was perfect. Went in for a scheduled appointment after I was rear ended and made the appointment with my insurance company. Woman working at the front desk was so incredibly rude. She became defensive immediately and said that there was no way I had an appointment as they were booked for the next two weeks straight. She condescendingly told me that it also wasn't possible as I wasn't on the schedule she printed "first thing this morning" but then proceeded to be able to find me on the damn schedule. Clearly, they are not updating insurance company's with their availability which sucks but is understandable. My 1 star is because of the complete lack of care and the abismal attitude of the clerk. My car was stolen while I was visiting Colorado. It was eventually found but needed repairs. The first shop I went to took a month to complete the basic work and still overcharged me. I wish I had just brought it to Caliber in the first place! Brandon Pettit got me in quick, took care of all the remaining repairs (in half the time of the other place), and even saved me some money. He kept me in the loop the whole time and couldn't have been kinder! Really went the extra mile. read more

We were in an accident the day before we were heading for Colorado. I made arrangements with them and told them we were from out of town and they fit us into their schedule the same day. They kept us up to date with each process on a daily basis. They did a great job! Even when our hub cap fell off a couple of days later, they replaced it the very next day we noticed it. read more

These guys have customer service down to a science. I was actually forced to go to Caliber because my car was involved in a hit and run and Geico didn't give me a choice. In the main office, there's a Geico representative/appraiser, a representative from Enterprise, and Caliber staff. I made my appointment electronically through Geico and showed up for my designated appointment time. They did everything from there. In about 30 minutes, I had an estimate, a rental car, and was good to go. Throughout the process, I received voice mails informing me of the progress on my car. My car was done in a reasonable amount of time and the pick up process was easy. My car looks good as new and they even washed and vacuumed the interior. While I was checking the exterior, I did notice a scratch on the side of my car where it looked like someone hit me with their car door. In all likelihood, it was like that when I brought it in, but they were nice enough to buff it for me and now you can't even see it. The checkout process was a bit long, but they were very busy. I'd also like to add that the receptionist is very friendly and 100% competent (unlike some other receptionists I've dealt with over the years). I might not have a choice in the matter, but I would definitely come back here again. My only complaint is the Enterprise doesn't really seem to have their shit together (pardon my french). I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with them on the day before I dropped my car off only to be told that they would not have a rental car available for me. I was transferred to 3 different locations. Turns out, I never even reached the right location, because they apparently had a car available for me the entire time. I'm only including this little blurb in the Caliber review since they have an Enterprise representative on site. The best way to reach the RIGHT Enterprise, is probably to call Caliber directly. read more

I am seriously impressed. My poor car (a 2004 Corolla S) as been the victim of multiple accidents, none of which are my fault. Most recently, I was hit on the front end by a neighbor trying to park, hit my car, and was a decent human being and left a note. I decided to not dick around (her insurance was different than mine) and go to one of the closest body shops to me - previous accidents I had gone to Porter Auto Body in Littleton (at the time I lived there) and they did a great job, but I didn't want to spend the time driving to the suburbs anymore. So State Farm highly recommended Caliber. Josh was amazing. He called me diligently every Tuesday and Thursday letting me know the status - I called back on Thursday, spoke to Josh, and said I had to be at work by 4 on Friday. He made sure finishing my car was his priority that day, and it was ready more than on-time. Upon picking it up, he did a few things out of courtesy - they had to buff one headlight due to the accident, but he buffed both so they'd match - the whole car was vacuumed, buffed, polished, wiped down, and honestly looks prettier than the day I bought the car! They even straightened out my front license plate, which got bent from someone backing in to me! Also no problem with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, drop off and pick up at Caliber no problem. Overall, I am absolutely floored with the body work, the "Above and beyond" work.....I will be back - my back bumper has been held on with duct tape for 2 years after it blew off driving through high winds in Kansas, as soon as I can afford to pay for it. read more

Rick, Chris, and All their employees are Outstanding! We were in Denver for Thanksgiving holiday traveling in from Albuquerque. On Thanksgiving night our 2010 GMC Yukon was struck by a Red light runner and Hit & Run unknown driver. The whole crew was Awesome and truly concerned for our situation and went out of their way to help is. The projected date of completion was Dec 19th. Rick and Chris continued communication with us. They understood the problems we were going through and went out of their way to have our truck finished before 19 December. We picked up our truck on 14 December. My car was hit by a deer last month. Because of the recent hail storms, all the shops were very busy. I lucked out to get Caliber Collsion. My car is unique so it was a little more difficult to get parts and the completion took longer and longer. The follow up from was amazing, They called every couple of days. It ended up taking more than a month, my limit on my rental car ran out, and I had my 90 year old mother was coming to town with others. Dustin and the service techs listened and when it was not going to be completed, they authorized a rental so I could enjoy my staycation with my mother. I believe their empathy helped me through a difficult time. I recommend them highly. Was a loyal customer of Caliber on East Evans, and once the manager changed, my experience was such that I never wanted to return. Given the massive hail storm that recently hit Denver, I was desperate to get into a body shop quickly! I spoke to the branch manager for Caliber, and she told me she could get me into this location, on Morrison Road. Given the lower reviews on Yelp, I was super hesitant, but she mentioned that they just went through changing management. Desperate, I scheduled to head in there. Can't tell you how IMPRESSED I was with Joe Salazar, and the work that came from the shop! They finished the job on time, and provided regular updates with progress along the way. It was so nice to receive updates, without having to call, be placed on hold, only to get no answers. They've fully restored my faith in Caliber!! If yelp allowed a zero star rating this company would get it. They did a good job with replacing my bumper but forgot to attach my front license plate. Two weeks later I got a ticket for not having my license plate. Yes, they will cut me a check for this but I had to drive back to the shop for them To place the license plate back on my bumper. I understand human error happens, but why wouldn't they call me the day after to state they forgot to put it back on. Plus, don't get me started with the receptionist who answers the phone. Every time I called she was extremely rude. Finally, one of there workers stole, yes stole my phone charger from my car. Save the hassle and don't come here. I hope someone from there corporate office review these yelp reviews. read more

So disappointing. I was told my car would be expedited because I have geico and they are part of the Geico express service but that was not true. It took them about a week to initially look at my car, take it apart and give me a date that it would be ready. Then the week it is "supposed" to be ready the car is in the paint dept and only gets painted Thursday. Now it is friday and I am supposed to pick it up and they are still doing stuff to it even thought it's painted and the last of the work is supposed to be extremely fast and easy. Very annoying. Poor communication as well. I have been calling in almost everyday and who knows if I will even get my car today like they said I should. And enterprise who left me a rental car never filled up the windshield wiper fluid and my check tire light came on the second day I drove it. I have never experienced such poor service as I did dealing with this collision center. They have caused me to waste unnecessary amounts of time and money because of their poor communication skills. A 4 day estimate on repairs ended up turning into 9 days because of a mess-up on their end, which ended up costing me more money on my rental car. Then, the rental car company that they work with (Enterprise) over-charged me. After talking to approximately 6 different people on the phone multiple different times throughout the course of the mess and finally thinking that I got everything squared away with the amount of money I was supposed to be reimbursed, I came to find I had yet ANOTHER charge from Enterprise because of the lack of communication between associates at both businesses. Total nightmare. Never again. Ever. Take your business elsewhere if you're smart. read more

Could not have been a worse experience. Final payment came out way above initial quote. Repairs took longer than they said, and the vehicle was received without all of the work being completed. Chris the service manager and Manny the tech was absolutely no help and had no problem lying to my face. There is no such thing as the "quality inspection." It consists of a middle school drop out rummaging through your car possessions and wiping down the steering wheel. Overall, avoid Caliber at all costs. read more

The work they did on my car was well done. But the service was absolutely terrible. The front desk woman was incredibly rude, and bad at her job! She put me in the books for the wrong time, so I showed up 2 hours early for my appointment, and she told me it was my problem and to wait. She then forgot to have my sign a number of documents, which when I picked up my car she asked me to sign and date the first date. Sketchy? When I came to pick up my car, I had to return my car to Enterprise which is in the location. The girl from Enterprise was not there, mind you this was about 3pm in the afternoon. The front desk woman said that Julia, my account representative, could check the car for damages/repairs and enter it into the Enterprise System, great! Turns out, they cant do that, and nobody told me. I just got a bill for $9000 from Enterprise, of hail damages that occurred the day I turned in the car, and guess who is liable? ME! I am so mad and disappointed by the service of this company. I hope they will rectify this unfair situation. read more

I select one star because -10 is not an option. Worst ever experience I have had at a body shop. Dentless Paint repair on a BMW due to hail. This was back in September/October timeframe and here, almost the 1st of January and I am still dealing with issues (sun roof that that was not programmed correctly after they blew the motor and had to replace it). New body shop cleaned up their messes. Now I have to drop the car off at a dealer to fix the sunroof. New body shop was far superior in workmanship and professionalism. I would not recommend Caliber if they were the only shop in Denver. read more

An accident is never a good experience but the staff at caliber collision on Morrison road has made the repair aspect easy. Everyone asked "if I was ok" after the accident and made sure I was comfortable as well as informed how the procedures worked. These are the nicest people in the world, who appear to have no idea at all what they are doing. I think the fault does not lie in the employees or tech's, but clearly at the door of whoever is (mis) managing this particular store. We had about 10k worth of damage to our new jeep and Caliber was recommended to us as a preferred body shop by both our insurance (Geico) and the other parties (State Farm) so we assumed they knew what they were doing. Things started off well and they even have a notification system that sends automated emails with estimated completion dates and cute notes like 'your car is happy here....' We had an ETA of May 29th - about 4 weeks. Apparently one of the things they had to do was evacuate the coolant in order to replace some parts. However, Caliber did not have the correct machine to do so. As a result they outsourced the work to Christopher Dodge. They then forgot about may vehicle and it sat there for two weeks. It then got hit in the lot of Christopher dodge. So now they are two weeks behind, and have additional damage they need to repair. The cute automated updates stop as May 29th comes and goes. Each week my rep (Julia) who is very polite but at the mercy of their subcontractors updates me on one delay after another and the date moves to June 12th then June 19th. On the 19th I get a call that the vehicle is done, but still needs to go to back to Christopher Dodge for the coolant recharge. In fact it is there now, but the coolant machine is broken... and unfortunately there are no other dealers in this huge city with a machine that can fit it in until next week sometime. - Great planning and coordination on their part. I do get a call from the 'Manager' who tells me he is actually from another store and he is going to try and fit it in somewhere else. On Tuesday the 23rd, I get a call that my vehicle is ready, but unfortunately they received a wrong part from guess who (Christopher Dodge) and a piece of door trim was the wrong one. I could either take delivery and bring it back again next week when the correct part comes in, or wait another week. I took delivery. There seems to be a common theme here. It's not their fault, its Christopher Dodges. (Who ordered the part?) So today, July 1st, I head back to have the final piece of door trim put on. Guess what, - when I get there, it's the wrong part! (Christopher Dodge ordered the wrong part again) Really? I'm a patient guy, but it has now been 8 weeks and 4 beyond your original ETA? I am still unsure why: 1) you maintain a relationship with Christopher dodge, 2) understanding Chrysler is Chrysler, this was a jeep - maybe a jeep dealer would help? 3) I understand stuff happens, but holy cow... I would be embarrassed to call this my body shop. Think twice before you bring your work here. At least until they have an opportunity to correct their internal difficulties. read more

Went to Caliber Collision (Morrison Rd) on a referral from a co-worker, and I'm glad I went. Parking is a little tight but I took it that meant they must be busy for a good reason, and I was right. Friendly and helpful staff both on the phone and in person. It is quite possible I have never met a nicer service technician than Joe Salazar at this shop. I was hit by an uninsured driver so I was totally on the hook for the repair and Joe did everything he could to work with me on keeping the costs in check while still getting everything fixed. Forking over my hard earned money because of a reckless uninsured driver was tough to take, but this shop went out of their way to accommodate me and I appreciated that. I can see now why my co-worker recommended them and I plan on doing the same. read more

Horrible experience with this company. Was set up with them by my insurance company, they kept my car for 2 months. I came in to walk my car with the manager to see what all needed to be fixed I was told my bumper, tire and seat would all be replaced and my car would be fully detailed when I came to pick it up. When i finally got my car it was a mess the inside was dusty and they didnt fix my seat. After 2 months of them having my car they were unable to get my tire fixed, manager said they needed to melt the rim and straighten so it would take a while, it took them 2 more months to have my tire ready, when I went to pick up my tire they only had the rim!! They told me I was supposed to call my insurance company to get the actual tire because they couldnt find the same type and the insurance company would just have to reimburse me. I will never go here again after a total of 4 months dealing with these people every last thing they handled was somehow screwed up. Horrible way to run a business. read more

I was told there would be a rental car waiting for me, again, they had no such thing. no reservation was made by them either. I was told my repair would take 3 days, it took two weeks. The work performed on my car was not the work stated to be done, and, the damn rental guy wasnt there to return my car. use ANYONE other than this center. read more
