My Insurance Co. set up appointment for repair. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the lady asked "whaddaya need?" without even a hint of a smile, had to dig around for my paperwork. She asked me is this your phone # and I said no, then she said is this your phone # and I said no again, then nastily said what IS your phone #?(which she should've asked in the first place) as I told her my number, she wrote it down incorrectly and then angerly scratched it out, at that point I said you know what? I don't want to leave my car here, she ran in the back and a man came out and said I need to take pictures of the damage and send to Geico. Needless to say, they never sent the pictures. a few days later an agent called the shop while I was on hold, when he came back on line he said" I can see what your talking about, that lady was snarky" and we never did get the photos. took my car to the copperas cove shop on july the 3rd for hail damage repair. on about july 11th (friday) i got a call from them that the car was being transferred to the killeen location. on about the 14th i got a call from the killeen location that the car had arrived at their location. since that time i gave received to updates from them. i tried two times to send them an email but never receved any answer. read more

Recently was T-boned and went in for repairs and paint work. Ron told his people I wanted everything to color match which is not what we discussed AT ALL. They did what they "thought" was best without calling nor consulting me on the risk and tried justifying the reason behind it. Also my vehicle was never fully fixed, the first time around. I had to go back to the shop which took another week to a week in half to complete. Jennifer begged me to not leave a bad review since it would hinder their rating which is unprofessional. I had a lot of hail damage and used Caliber to repair after filing my insurance claim. The work done was fine and the car itself looks good. My work took about five weeks. I thought that was a long time, but many people experienced damage from a local hail storm so I'm sure they were busy. My main gripe is that my battery was dead when I picked up the car. It was jumped right on the spot and I drove it for about 30 minutes to charge it back up again, but it was dead again the next morning so I had to buy a new battery. I would expect a place like this to know that a car sitting long enough will need battery care. My other gripe is that my car was dirty inside and out. There were leaves and what looked like smudge marks on the inside and even though I was told my car was being "buffed, washed and vacuumed" 30 minutes before I picked it up, that was clearly not the case. I have another vehicle to repair from hail damage but I won't return here. read more

My husband took my car in on a Monday and they told him 7 to 10 days. They didn't start working in the car for a whole week which I found to be crazy. Once two weeks passed we called and asked what was going on and that we really needed the car back. They told us Tuesday at 5 so we get there at 5 and have to wait another 30 mins. The work on the car was amazing. They really did do a good job but the time it took was ridiculous. We a family that needs two cars so we did our schedule around 7 to to 10 days and if you say be here at 5 why can't you have the car ready at 5 other than that they really did do a good job they just have to work on their communication with the customer. read more

Phone calls are never returned, the "warranty" given by them is not worth the paper it is written on and the car was returned with all the covers for the compartments / spare wheel ripped out and thrown around to find the wheel lock key they had tossed in the the spare wheel well. We took our Dodge Durango into Calibur Collision (Copperas Cove) in February (around the 19th) for the "Inspection" due to damage on our car. Repair estimated received and we put our car in approx March 5th to be repaired. My husband clearly communicated to the technician (not sure of his position) of what the problem was. Some problems were fairly obvious & others we were not sure and my husband tried his best to describe the noise it was making as we drove it. We were told it was fixed approx. the 9th(March) and my husband picked it up. As the few days went by -it was clear that a huge problem was not fixed and we had to take it back again... the technician completely "minimized" the problem my husband was attempting to talk about it & the technician stated "oh the squeaking was probably a little dust on the breaks" and here we go again with leaving our car there!! A few days went by and here we go again.. this SAME PROBLEM again is going on with our car and the noise.. it was horrible. This has been now going on for weeks. When it wasn't fixed the first time I had called our insurance and it was told to us we had to give them ONE time to fix it ... and not once, not twice.. but now what do we do?? I called our insurance again & finally received permission to take it to Dodge and explained everything that happened --the continued problem we were still having. Finally it was FIXED !!!!!!! I have my "very personal" opinion about this place. YES the employees were nice -(but "niceness" doesn't get our car fixed)-- except for our one individual that helped us--just didn't quite meet up to the professionalism that I am used to. Perhaps they should not judge a customer's description of what they feel is going on. Just say.. "ok".. & perhaps they should take another look at the "Automotive" shop they are taking cars to- that are needing to be fixed. My daughter and I went to the Caliber Collision Center in Killeen ,Tx. My insurance company sent us there for a estimation There we were told we could take the van to Copperas Cove for service. Here is the only negative I have is we took two vehicle to Killeen, Do not understand why the estimation could not be made in Copperas Cove being we live there. The fault may be with the insurance company.. At both shop I found the staff was friendly and courteous and they went out of their to make you feel welcome. I really was surprise the time it took for the shop in Copperas Cove to repair the vehicle. It almost was in and out two days. We were even able to pick up the van on Saturday when they are close because Mike going out his way for us. My wife was please with the out come of their work both the body and paint work and cleanness both inside and outside of the vehicle . I absolutely LOVE this place! They most certainly went above & beyond my expectations after getting my wife's truck serviced for hail damage. My first impression was a little "meh" having to drive past two other Caliber Collion Centers I live close to, but it was well worth it! I was very upset and skeptical at first when I was told in April that I had to wait as early as September for service but they managed to fit me in June and I got the truck back in three weeks! Thats very fast considering the amount of hail damage. The staff (Mike, Ly, Brianna) were excellent and prompt with status updates on the repairs and they were honest and take pride in their hard work. Plus they guarantee their work for the life of the vehicle, so yeah I will definitely come back here for future repairs! I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed! read more
