I could not say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Collision. They were so personable from the initial phone call where their very first question was, "are you OK? Was anyone injured in the accident?"; all the way through handing me my keys and making sure that I was completely satisfied with the experience. Not only did Christina take very good care of me, and kept me well-informed and walked me through the entire process; David did an excellent job as well. Upon my initial drop off he walked around my car with me and did the entire inspection. He also asked if I was ok. He gave me some advice about how to setup everything and what I had to do to go through my insurance. He asked if I had a rental car and I wasn't aware if I did. He called me back a few days later and he had actually looked into it himself and found out that my insurance did cover a rental car! He was calling to make sure that I was aware and to see if he needed to help me with booking the rental car through Enterprise. That was such an amazing thing that he did. It really helped me to adjust my schedule and make sure that my life wasn't as impacted as I thought it was going to be to get these repairs done. The company worked really well with my insurance. Not only did my rental meet me at the collision center to get my car but I was also able to drop it off there with Caliber, so pick up and drop off took almost no time at all. The final product on my car looks perfect, like nothing ever happened, it's awesome. On top of that I was extremely pleasantly surprised to notice that my car had been wiped down and vacuumed and cleaned while it was being taken care of. I didn't expect that and didn't notice it at first to say thank you. They really just go above and beyond to make the experience as laid-back and easy for everyone in the situation as possible. I chose Caliber because they had good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish and I regret that decision thoroughly. I was originally told the repairs would take about one month. Instead, my car was in the shop for over two months after they told me they had lost one of the parts to my car either upon taking it apart or putting it back together. During that time, I was unable to use my vehicle for Uber, costing me significant income, and I also had to pay for rental cars, Uber rides, and other transportation expenses. When I finally picked up my car, I paid my $2,000 of my $2500 deductible expecting the vehicle to be fully repaired. After getting home, I discovered numerous issues that either should have been repaired or were caused during the repair process. These included: * They failed to replace the rear tire even though it had a dangerous bulge on the sidewall caused by the accident. * The front grill they replaced repeatedly pops loose and will not stay properly attached. * There are scratches from the original accident that were never repaired. * There are also new scratches that appear to have been caused while the vehicle was in their possession. * They never cleaned the dried coffee that spilled onto my front seat during the accident. * Despite paying for repairs, I had to return because additional issues were found, leaving my vehicle deactivated from Uber even after I picked it up. I expected a professional repair from a shop that is part of Progressive's network. Instead, I received a vehicle that still had safety concerns, cosmetic damage, poor workmanship, and incomplete repairs after waiting more than two months. I paid $2,000 out of pocket for work that was not completed to an acceptable standard. My 'tech' CJ admitted to me repeatedly that they are way understaffed and that they already have a lot more jobs than they can handle. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I chose Caliber because they're a State Farm preferred shop with strong reviews, but my experience was extremely frustrating--especially after bringing in a brand-new SUV (only one month old) after I was rear-ended in February. I was quoted a May 1 completion date after dropping off on April 8. I received multiple updates saying repairs were "underway" and "on track," but later found out the car hadn't actually been worked on for nearly 3 weeks. From there, the timeline kept slipping: May 1 May 15 end of May May 27 June 2 June 4 now June 8--and my car is still not done. The biggest issues: -Misleading status updates that didn't reflect actual progress -Significant delays with little proactive communication -Unfulfilled commitment to cover my rental after insurance ended (I'm now paying out of pocket) -Lack of transparency, unless I called repeatedly or showed up in person I understand delays happen, but honest communication and follow-through matter--and that's where this experience really fell short. read more

Did the work to repair a rear view mirror. Good quality work but the final cost was higher than the original quote

I called this company at about 2:30 PM on November 11, 2025 to see how much fixing a windshield would cost. The rep responded, "that's a different department so you would have to call them because I don't know, um yeah". Still in disbelief at her inability or even lack of desire to provide the number to the other part of the business (Caliber Glass), I asked to speak to the GM, who I had spoken to before, and who also told me to let him know if I would like my glass fixed as well. So the GM (who she stated was in a meeting), got on the phone and did the exact same thing she did, but worse. He sounded older, not at all like the GM I met when I went there. He also directed me to another company because their "company doesn't fix glass, it's part of another company, but even then it's best to go somewhere else since I'm paying out of pocket and looking to save costs". Yes, this was actually stated. I NEVER once mentioned that I wanted to save costs. So anyway, I told him that I'm not looking to save costs, I'm looking more for availability than anything. His response: "well even then you should go somewhere else because it would take me a week to order the glass." He didn't ask what availability I was looking for or even what was my price range. He clearly didn't want to offer the service or give honest information about the service. His whole conversation with me was based purely on assumptions. I was thinking of purchasing repairs for my bumper with this company, but let me tell you, I'm glad for this experience. I cannot tell you what he was thinking but, awful experience. Fabulous experience! Had minor front bumper and grid repairs needed. Completed the online estimate, dropped the car off and since they preordered my parts from the online estimate, got my car back the same day. Final bill was less than original estimate, technician that did the intake was great as well as the front desk employee that checked me out.
