    My Audi is one of a kind here, as I bought it in Germany & chose a unique color. This was my biggest concern about my car. The color not matching. When it was time to pick it up, they told me it looked brand new. I scoffed at that comment. When I arrived my baby was sitting ready, & man did she look amazing. She did look brand new. Right off the showroom floor. The repairs I had no doubt you all would do an amazing job. But, getting the Shiraz Red paint from Audi in time to make sure she was perfect - WINNING!!!! Thank you so much the excellent job your company did on my car. If my neighbor backs into my car again, I'll be back.

    The tech stated that this is the condition they were willing to give my car back to me.

    Car has been in the shop since 8/9/21 it is now 12/13/21. Have been given duplicate accounts from my tech. Here we are 4+ months and $20k later - let alone rental car and Lyft fees for months on end that is absorbed on own, I have a series of text messages from the technician that go in circles. The struts were to be replaced on 10/14, then 11/3 they were removing the engine, 11/12 still removing the engine as it was taking longer than expected. 11/16 looking for a bench to replace the strut tower - 11/24 finally replacing the strut tower. 9/2 they have completed the paint phase of the repairs yet on 12/10 they told the insurance co that car still needed to be painted. 11/24 car was said to be ready 12/10. 12/10 car had no estimated date of completion maybe the by end of the year and asking for an additional $2200. So do I recommend, no. Are they able to bring my car back to factory levels - IDK. The lack of follow-through, transparency and dedication to my vehicle causes me to give the very low rating. PS - When asking when the car was ready and why I was getting so many different stories from the same person they said my car had no engine and no tires but I am more than welcome to come pick it up. While we were shopping for wheels, Steve and his team took care of installing window tint on our vehicle (of course, at a much lower price than the dealership quoted!).     This is a rare find. I scheduled ceramic coating for my car with plans to drop it off Friday after…read morework and using their loaner car over the weekend. On my arrival, the office was closed but the bay door was open. I happened upon the manager, who informed they were closed and he was still there only because he needed to pull his own car back in to put air in the tires. I explained that I had spoken with the receptionist for this, but he said there was no loaner car. Most businesses would have stopped here and told me to call back on Monday. Not here. The manager stopped what he was doing, walked me back to the office and remedied the situation. We rescheduled for the following week AND he compensated me by throwing in free ceramic coating of my wheels and brake calipers (a $495 value). The next week, all went smoothly. Every employee smiled and said hi that morning. I enjoyed the use of a FREE loaner car. The next day (the ceramic has to cure for 24 hours), MY car looks amazing. I opted for the 8-year ceramic coating. They threw in a kit of "boost" (a spray I'll apply periodically to help the ceramic last longer). Bottom line here is work ethic. These people are dedicated to their craft and to top notch customer service. Their price was also about $600 less than that from a competitor for the same product. Bottom line: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Robert was extremely professional, cordial, and demonstrated a tremendous amount of patience throughout the entire start to finish vehicle purchase process. If anyone is in the market to purchase a vehicle at North Park Lexus at Dominion, I strongly recommend you ask for Robert Tadefa. He'll treat you right! Also, I would also like to thank Cooper of Finance who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient as we asked questions when signing the required documents.     I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership's service department…read more My service advisor, Jeremy, was misleading throughout the process, and more concerning, I was given another customer's quote, which is a serious privacy and data-handling failure. That alone should raise red flags for anyone trusting this shop with personal information. The repair estimate itself felt inflated and misrepresented. Labor was quoted far beyond what Lexus service documentation actually requires, and when questioned, the explanation shifted to internal diagnostic time which is not a customer's responsibility to absorb or be grateful for. I also interacted with the service manager, Geraud (name spelling may vary). While personable, the underlying process and oversight failures in this department are obvious. These are not one-off mistakes; they point to leadership and accountability issues. This service model seems focused on maximizing a single transaction rather than building trust or long-term relationships. I would strongly advise others to carefully review estimates and documentation before agreeing to any work here.
