Johnny also seemed to enjoy calling said number at a cadence usually reserved for a Jehovah's Witness who happens to be experiencing a meth overdose. So while in the taco line trying to place an order I got not one, not two, not three, not four but FIVE separate missed calls. Johnny apparently is not very trusting of voicemail, because he left me a few of these too just in case the torrent of phone calls failed to interrupt whatever less important life task I was up to. I'm not sure if maybe a small child or a monkey of some sort had come into possession of Johnny's phone, but if so he needs to guard it better, and if not he probably should lay off harassing potential customers.

But get this, they didn't have the windshield nor the molding at the shop. Like you, I smacked my forehead at the ineptitude of whomever scheduled me to come in without ensuring the material needed was in the shop. This is the third time I've come to get my windshield fixed. The first time, they replaced the windshield. The second time I came in to tell them the molding along the passenger side of the windshield had flown off while I was driving the car. Also, I showed them the molding along the driver's side was buckling. To prevent it from flying off too, they took it into the shop to reseat it. While doing that work, they cracked my windshield. Safelight scheduled me to come in today to get a new windshield and the passenger side molding, under warranty. But after sitting here for almost an hour, the tech came out to tell me they didn't have the windshield nor the passenger side molding in the shop. I asked if when they do get the windshield and the molding, that they come to my house to do the work. They said they would. I'll edit this post to report what transpires next...stay tuned.
