So you got into a car accident and now you need your car repaired. You are already stressed out…read morefrom having the accident and now your worried about the cost of the repairs. I completely understand! But I have the answer for you. I had a car accident and did some serious damage to my vehicle. I am clergy and I was worried about the cost because I have a high deductible on my insurance and so I was going to pay out of pocket. I spoke with Austin and he assured me that he would get the best price for me and he did!! Yates Body Shop has been around since the 70's and I am blessed that they were the ones who fixed my car. They responded very quickly to calls and answered every question that I had. I strongly recommend this family business. It's already stressful enough to be in a car accident and thankfully there is a body shop that is fair, reputable, and does good work!

I had a great experience with Michelle and the team at 444 Auto Body & Customs. After an accident…read moreinvolving my nearly new Honda CR-V, Michelle was incredibly thorough during the estimate process and identified damage that other people could have easily missed. Throughout the repair, she kept me informed with regular updates and proactively communicated with both me and my insurance company. When additional damage and parts were discovered during the repair, she worked directly with the adjuster, advocated for the repairs that were needed, and kept the process moving forward. Michelle took the time to answer questions, explain the process, and make sure the vehicle was repaired correctly rather than simply taking the quickest route. The finished repair looks fantastic, and I would not hesitate to use 444 Auto Body & Customs again or recommend them to others. Thank you, Michelle, for making a stressful situation so much easier to navigate.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience…read more I brought my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in for repairs and was given a quote of $1,394, which I approved. When I picked up the vehicle, my total came to $1,806.92 -- about $500 more than the original quote. I was never contacted to approve any additional repairs or charges. After reviewing the invoice, I noticed I was charged for a part that was never installed. It took five days of contacting the owner to get $135 refunded for that item. I also noticed I was billed $300 for a part that costs around $145 at Advance Auto Parts. When I asked for clarification about the additional $500 beyond the original quote, I was told to speak with the shop manager. The manager is the one who authorized the charges in question, and I never received a clear explanation. The repair involved a timing chain and camshaft gear -- a common issue on this vehicle. While the car is now running properly, the lack of communication, additional unapproved charges, and billing for a part that wasn't installed made this a frustrating experience. I don't mind paying for quality work. I do mind being charged more than agreed without authorization and having to chase down a refund for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place.
