Unfortunately my repair fell during the holidays so that may have added to the problem, but I was disappointed with the customer service, the repair and issues that came up during. My concerns were not addressed even though I wrote them out on the intake form and verbally communicated them to the staff. During the repair somehow something oily was spilled down through my front passenger window which was nowhere near the accident issue on the hatchback and it still seeps through the bottom of the door. I had to take my car in 3 separate times totaling more than a month for a hatchback replacement. I was very dissatisfied to the extend I went and bought a new car so I don't have to deal with Caliber any more. read more

I took my car in to have scratches on my driver's side quarter panel worked on. The drop off experience was OK. I had an appointment Monday AM, but still had to wait about 30-45 minutes as there seemed to be only one person working at the desk. They kept me updated via text which was nice. I picked up my car on Friday, and it looked wonderful. However, when I got back to work i experienced a major problem - My windows kept rolling down when closing my doors and my car wouldn't lock. It was like my car was returned to me with brain damage. I was able to drop my car off at the location closer to my work and they organized a new rental for me. Unfortunately, this caused me to miss over a half a day at work when I was already extremely busy. The communication on the second round was very poor. I often had to call twice to get any answers or movement. They stopped updating me on my car, and I had to keep calling in to get updates. It took them another week to fix the problem, as they had to order replacement parts. I came to pick up my car - lo and behold another problem: they horribly scratched the tint on the inside of my driver's side window. Again, they said they would fix the problem and have a mobile tint come to my work. Unfortunately, they did not follow up as they promised and I had to call them back repeatedly to actually schedule the guy to come out and fix it. Ultimately it was all fixed which is good. It's a bit unbelievable to me that they did not detect either problem before attempting to return my car. Overall, I am very disappointed in the service and work. I will never use caliber again and i would not recommend anyone use them. read more

My car got keyed really badly and i went through insurance to get it repaired through collision. Customer service was awesome! Yvonne seriously knows what's up. I was a little taken back because they said that it would take 7 work days to complete the repair, which is unreasonable in my opinion for a scratch. But after some questions and explanations from Erik, it was understood why it was to take so long. But since they're not open on weekends, I was going to be without my baby for 8 or 9 days. To my surprise, I get a call two days later saying the job was complete because the scratch wasn't as bad as they thought. Woah, like they were super honest and got the job done when they had the chance. The total price was also dropped due to the less work needed to be done. AND they waxed my car and vacuumed the inside free of charge! What a seriously pleasant surprise! My car is all home and resting now, and she's good as new! I'm so happy we chose Caliber! I had gotten into a little fender bender, a car backed into my brand new Nissan Rogue and scraped the whole front of my car. Unfortunately the person took off and I was left with no information and the only option was to go through my insurance or pay out of pocket. I went to a few places just to get quotes and I was better off going through my insurance until I found caliber collision. I called them and spoke with Denise who scheduled me an appointment same day to come in for a consultation. She was very sweet and accommodating. When I came in spoke with Raul and Adrian they went over everything and gave me a quote. I was able to drop off my car the same day and I got it back two days later. I'm glad I decided to go through them because it was cheaper than paying my deductible and they provided excellent customer service. That's the sad part of it, but the good thing is the people here have been so friendly and helpful that it made the circumstance much, much better. I rarely leave Yelp reviews, much less 5-star reviews. However, I took exception when Amy at Caliber Collision made a nightmare situation into a 5-star customer service experience. Without going into every detail, my wife was rear-ended and we were waiting for about two months for our SUV to be returned to us from Caliber. Turns out the car had been ready for weeks, but the insurance company was not willing to pay their bill to release the car. Out of desire to get us our car back sooner, Amy at Caliber got on the phone and agreed to split the cost of our rental car for the extra three weeks with the insurance company (something that was clearly the fault of the insurance company). Amy didn't have to do this, but it resulted in the insurance company coughing up half of what they owed when they were not going to pay anything, and got us our car back sooner than expected. Not sure how she did it, but Amy is a saint. We salute her and the entire team at Caliber for "above and beyond" customer service. To add to the whole experience, the car looks spectacular--better than it was before the accident. We are lifelong customers, should we ever need auto body work again. Thanks Caliber! read more

My car was rear-ended on my way home from work and needed to be "touched up" as there was no major damage. But the service was pretty good overall.
