The windshield replacement here literally means they'd ONLY do that. It's not their problem when molding has be broken to replace windshield. 2. Apparently, molding needs to be taken off to replace windshield. My driver's side molding was not broken but the installation (putting molding back to where it was) was a joke. 3. You get what you pay for: $310 for windshield replacement ONLY. The technician did offer to install new molding free of charge, however, he asked me to buy parts on eBay myself. I really don't know about those 5 stars experience but how I would know what to buy?! I don't want to go back to there for "free molding installation" because I don't play games anymore. In fact, I learned it from another service that I bought wrong parts on eBay..

He was clearly uncomfortable being watched. It makes sense because he didn't do a great job. He left the plastic pieces behind the rear view mirror loose and they've been loose ever since my installation in January. I never got around to calling them back until June and the guy is telling me to call him back on Monday to schedule for someone to come out and fix those plastic pieces. He didn't say whether they would come out to me because they don't service my area he just said that they would fix it. He couldn't pull up any of my information because it's a Saturday, yet he still answered the phone. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, I expected to wait and brought a book to read--but I barely finished a page before they told me the job was done. The entire installation took about 10 minutes. They agreed that if they failed to fix it permanently whatever i paid would go into the new window i would need. Thankfully it's been close to a week and the crack is sealed and holding up fine.
