Went there on tuesday and bought ten gallons of transmission fluid paid cash roughly $450 …read more Came back the very next day to bring back four of the gallons that I didn't use. The refund was $168 and was told they didn't have enough cash to give me a refund and that id have to wait two weeks for a check. They didn't have no problem taking my $450 cash the day before and then when I called about the check a week later they said the check still hadn't been cleared yet. Obviously you deal with big companies and corporations that probably pay by check or credit card but Look guys simple fix either Let people know who are paying cash. If they need a refund they may have to wait for a check and or just don't accept it but what shop sells parts and supplies over-the-counter and don't have 168 bucks in the cash register, especially when there was 450 put in it the day before

I've been bringing my vehicles only to this particular Midas for 20 yrs and they have always done…read moreright by me. This is a review that is long overdue. The customer service is always top tier. I always call and make an appointment as if you do a walk in chances are you will there need to leave your vehicle for the day or my msg have to schedule an appointment in case they are unable to work on your vehicle same day. My last service I had done I had made an appointment because my tire sensor fault light came on. I made an appointment and was able to get in 2 days. While get getting my new senors I was to 3 out of 4 of my tires were no bueno! I knew it was about time to get new tires, because my tire were 4 yrs old on I drive a lot. They were so kind and waived the cost of the labor of my sensors which save me a nice chunk of change. The price at this Midas location has always be extremely reasonable, when you compare prices to other auto shops. They do great quality work and they are very honest. The newer owner is amazing and honestly, because of both the quality of customer and quality of work his staff does I will still continue to come back for my vehicle repairs.

TOTALED our car by leaving our oil cap off while doing a brake inspection. Why it was even taken…read moreoff in the first place during a brake inspection, I don't know. I ended up driving without an oil cap for 2 days because they also got oil all over the interior which is what we thought was causing the oil smell. Our car is inoperable and knocking. That means we would have to have the entire engine rebuilt at the minimum. We called to let them know and ask what they can do to help since it's been less than a week and now our car and the manager, Kurt who wouldn't give his last name, told us it was physically impossible to dump 2 quarts of oil even thought we went up to Tahoe up mountains and windy roads HENCE WHY WE GOT THE BRAKES CHECKED IN THE FIRST PLACE and to "call our mommy" and mocked us. they refused to have the call recorded to begin with for our documentation stating it was disrespectful and he does not consent. mind you, they record calls on the shop line. I can't possibly tell you more to avoid this place at ALL cost. our car went from being worth 15k to a driveway ornament. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I personally put the oil cap back on before taking the picture.

Very impressed... from the beginning to the end. I met with sales rep Nick regarding a used vehicle…read morethat I saw posted. Nick had the vehicle ready for the test drive. The price was very competitive, better than ALL private party sales I could find for similar vehicles. I noticed on the test drive there was a wobble and pull in the suspension and I brought it to Nicks attention. When we got back to Niello it went straight to their shop. Niello put all brand new tires on it and balanced and aligned the car. The used vehicle came with a 7 day/700 mile return policy. I took the car to a local mechanic and found that it needed about $2k in suspension work. I brought that to Niello's attention and they had it fixed within 48 hrs. I never felt pressured or that "feeling" some car dealers give you. One more thing... during the buying process my drivers license was misplaced. Rather than make up some BS story, Nick and the sales manager were straight forward and apologetic. It was found.

Long story. I bought a used car from a friend and I wanted to get the car checked out and make sure…read moreeverything was okay for service. I went to speedy Midas, oil change and tune up on Maine in Woodland and they told me that my rear brakes and rotors were shot and need to be replaced, so they gave me a report I have it in writing the front brakes and rotors were brand new 10 mm rear brakes shot. 3 mm rotors, glazed and grooved, so I purchased a rear brake replacement rotors, and brakes. Labor was 355 parts were 319. I paid a total of $700 a few months later, not even 2 months. My brakes started to squeak, so I went back to speedy because it breaks, we're still under warranty. And the guy there told me that the squeak was coming from the front brakes, and they were shot and needed to be replaced, needless to say, I'm not stupid. They told me they were good, like less than 60 days ago. And now they're telling me their shot need to be replaced another $700. So I went to another mechanic. Did I know and had him check it out? He told me that the rear brake replacements were really good. Good parts, no problem. The front brakes very new, very good. No problem, the squeaking sounds. We're coming from excessive breakdust over time and that they didn't need to be replaced, and so I bought an oil change and tire rotation and follow the recommendations of my friend mechanic, who is on Lincoln west Lincoln near the railies. His name's Isaac, great guy. Anyway, I won't be going back to speedy, because right now there's so many red flags. With that place, they seem so sketchy. It's not the first time had problems with what they said. And what they did, I would not recommend this place to anybody. I would suggest strongly that you'll find another mechanic. Another place to get your auto repairs done

Today, I walked into Big O Tires on Harding Way in Roseville, and I was pleasantly surprised. Best of all, they got me in 10 minutes earlier than expected, and I was able to see everything being done. I don't get paid to say this, and I'm not looking for anything in return. I simply received good service, and good service deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Big O Tires, for a great experience today!
