I crave fried rice probably twice a week, and last night was no different. Except, I wanted hibachi since I haven't found my goto Chinese place! I was going to go to another place, but I decided to put "hibachi" in google maps. It led me to CaliBachi, and I am glad it did!! It's relatively new, but a heavy hitter! It's located on a delivery park type of street, with other food spots that only offer pickup/delivery. I didn't realize that, so be aware of that as you can only order Togo or delivery. Also, parking is scarce. I walked up not knowing the process, but one of the owners was coming out with an order. She was so kind, took my order at the door, and texted me when it was ready! It took typical but maybe less time than usual for hibachi, food came out hot and fresh! I ordered the spicy garlic noodles and the shrimp/chicken plate; plus a brownie. The spicy garlic noodles are okay, but I can't say the taste is my favorite. Which is disappointing because they have the noodle type I like for lo mein, I can never find in LA. Anyway, the plate is plentiful 100%, and well seasoned. Shrimp could've had less of a seafood/fishy taste, but the chicken was good. I would prefer more broccoli to the other veggies. I plan to go back, it's close by so it's my new hibachi spot!!

Walked in to place an order instead of ordering online. The blonde girl that took my order was incredibly nice! Food came out relatively quick, portion was HUGE, and it tasted pretty damn good too. I ordered the Trio with steak, chicken, and shrimp, upgraded my white rice to half fried rice, half noodles and got garlic butter and yum yum sauce. It was delicious, and there was so much protein and veggies on top I couldn't see the rice and noodles until after the first few bites. Great spot!

Delivery was fast, food secured. I ordered the hibachi steak half rice, half garlic noodles and grilled salmon with veggies. The portions were decent, but could've used additional side of steak, will not be enough to share (somebody's gonna be mad). Food was fresh, hot and all of it tasted great. My first time, but definitely will not be my last time ordering from this place.

This is not a restaurant, more of a ghost kitchen type of establishment. Nonetheless the food is delicious, great and great pricing.

Very good habachi. Pricey but habachi is always pricey and their portions are HUGE so the price is worth it. Their garlic noodles are THE BEST. You wouldn't think so bc they look plain but they're SO flavorful! I'm not from LA I was visiting out of state & ordered on doordash to the hotel and food was spectacular.

Visiting LA from NorCal, decided to try this spot based on photos. Similar to Benihana but to go style, and it definitely did not dissapoint. Portions were very generous, and taste was on point. Newer restaurant and they added a thoughtful thank you card which made it that much better. Keep up the good work CaliBachi!

Awesome to get hibachi without the expensive bill! Fried rice is on point and the veggies are very fresh. Good amount of shrimp in the shrimp fried rice. Definitely my go to spot for lunch!

The quality of the food is very good. I've had it 3 nights in a row and it's is always cooked to perfection. It has been nothing but thorough and consistent. The owner is so accommodating and professional. I appreciate the great customer care.

This restaurant came up on my IG feeds... looks awesome... we were not disappointed! The restaurant does not take reservations online. We came on a weeknight, found a street parking right infront and got seated right away (scored!) They have 4 tower sets: crew set ($109) serving 1-2 persons, chief set ($159.99) serving 3-4, master ($219.99) serving 4-5, captain ($299) serving 5-6. They also have a la carte, hot pot, etc. We had crew set which includes 1.4 lbs Manila clams, 2 whole shell oyster, large clams, shrimps, mussles, scallops, octopus, potatoes, served with korean ceviche, steam egg, pancake, spicy rice cakes, korean noodle soups. There are 3 different dipping sauces which are delicious. It is a lot of food. You definitely get your money worth here. The staff is friendly and attentive. They cooked the seafood at the table. The air ventilator is pretty good but I probably won't wear my must dry-clean clothes to dine here. Overall, Burnin' Shell did live up to its hype!

I saved this spot as it (no lie) came up when I asked chatgpt what was the best place in the LA area to get whole dungeness crab so I already had it saved as a back up. We arrived a little after they opened on a Thursday. There was another couple but we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. What we swallowed: *WHOLE DUNGENESS CRAB WITH CORN AND GARLIC NOODLES side: This was spot on. We ordered the mix seasoning (cajun and lemon pepper), mild with added corn. The sauce was sticky and gooey. I took the meat out of the crab and topped the crab meat with the sauce. It was SOOOO good. The garlic noodles were good, more garlic then flavor but it was still good. Topped that with the crab sauce too, lol. *FRIED OYSTERS WITH FRIES: The oysters were hot and tasty. They didn't have a weird after taste like some oysters do. Topped these with the crab sauce too. lol We really enjoyed our time here. There is parking in the back and code for the bathroom. The server was really attentive and made sure our experience was great. I'd definitely come back when I'm in town!

You cannot pick you are forced to get all these items. Whatever, not that big of a deal but really not great. The price is 38.99 a person, okay got it. It takes them so long...so long!! Just for us to order, a bit disappointed honestly. The food arrives decently fast. I dig in, Mama B is hungry y'all! The shrimp is cheap, okay. Small, fishy, rubbery Walmart type of shrimps. The corn plasticy, cheap and just disgusting. The potatoes, poorly cooked and under seasoned. The clams... no notes. Now at this point Mama B is scared y'all...I wasn't trying to get food poisoning. I'm disappointed, honestly the most flavourless seafood boil I have ever had the displeasure of eating. What's horrifying is the bill was $91...$91!!!! I feel like this math is just not mathing. I believe the tax is ridiculously high and possible charged for water cups? I really truly could've made a mean Walmart seafood boil for a cheaper price, that'd actually be seasoned... Not Mama B approved, go elsewhere.
