However, in less than 24 hours after submitting my order - I received an email informing me of the dilemma, along with an option to either be refunded immediately or pick out another choice in my size. Again, they impressed me with how quick the process was going by sending a follow up email correcting the order just a few hours later. I was immediately refunded the difference, received a shipping confirmation the next morning, and 2 days later - I can't stop dancing around in my new speedos(TARIQ BLACK, BOXOL BURNT OLIVE), my shirt(TAYLOR), and my tank(ZARKO). The cashier then spoke to the manager again and came back with a gift card saying they did have ONE more gift card for us! Upon arrival customers check in and are free to browse through the store while waiting to for a sales person to be assigned to them. In my case it was a 35 minute wait and I decided to return the shoes that I purchased in Carlsbad during that time. It was a long, slow moving line and at one point a woman got at the end of the line and an eager sales person winked her to the front of the line with her 3 pairs of shoes, then turned around and told the people who were being skipped that she was sorry. Later I asked about that and was told that it the sales person had no business operating independently of the line. I love the special attention given by the sales team, the quality of the products and the diverse offerings. i will be back soon!
