All of my vehicles have been tinted all around, including the front windshield, and the quality has been excellent -- clean work with no bubbles. They also helped fix a broken side rear window on my 2003 Honda Civic and did an amazing job. I really appreciate the convenience of being able to drop off my vehicles and pick them up later. They are trustworthy, reliable, and I feel comfortable bringing my vehicles here. Great work, fair prices, and I highly recommend them for tint!

*Be sure to keep your receipts in a safe place the tint has a life time warranty *…read more Over the phone husband received a quote of $150 for 6 windows he also reiterated again to make sure he hears it correctly, the man on the phone repeats $150 . We came here from 2 separate recommendations from my sister and nephew , they both had their tints here and mentioned their price was fair and their tints looked great and were happy with the results. Lo and behold the price that was quoted over the phone were incorrect, here we stood at the front desk and we were up charge by $80 . We did questioned the price difference the gentleman said, it's not included with the front windshield . ( my gripe here is trained the staff, especially who ever answered the phones to be transparent with pricing.) As we waited I over heard the conversation with an employee and another customer, the $80 windshield is not included in their $150 quote , customer stated he knew the price quoted is minus the windshield price . ( then I questioned my husband's hearing or their miscommunications over the phone ) Besides that the gentleman at the desk was helpful in guiding us with making decisions on the different shade of tint for our car . We initially came in for 70% ceramic tint, the gentleman explained it wouldn't make any difference from what we already have. He recommended going with 20% or 35% since we didn't want the windows to be super dark . We were indecisive and after taking the samples outside to compare in front of our car windows , it was clear the gentleman was absolutely right. We went ahead with his recommendation and purchased a 35% grade, Not too dark and not too light . shade . Wait time is anywhere from 1-2 hours , we sat in the waiting room with a movie on screen lounging on the leather recliner seat sofa . We asked if he honored any discounts for referrals , he gave us a $10 discount with no sales tax . As we drove a few blocks home we noticed there were black speck or glue marks on the windshield . We turned around to have the matter looked over, the same gentleman we dealt with apologized for the black speck , as soon as one of the employee finished working on an existing car we would be next. Less than 35 minutes our windshield was fixed .

Purchased a new car and needed a tint, quick! I like my privacy. Clear windows make me feel like everyone is looking at me lol. Got a quote here for a great deal. I don't want to put the quoted price I was provided because I'm sure every car has a different price. I started asking around regarding the price and it's a really good price for good material. Fights off the sun. That's a plus for me. Went in early and there was already a customer there. Good sign so far. Jose assured me with the confirmation of the quoted price and how long it would take and just like that I left my car in their care. Jose was very attentive and polite, holding the door open and everything!!! I am very very happy with their service! Looks great. Highly highly recommend!

Great Car & Great Buying Experience!…read more My wife and I researched both the vehicle she wanted and the dealers in our area. We landed on the 2026 Toyota Rav 4 Woodland Edition. We selected to go with Toyota of San Bernardino through word of mouth and their reviews. The internet sales team was very helpful and transparent about the process and walked us through putting a deposit down for a vehicle being built. They communicated to us throughout the waiting process and kept us informed of the delivery dates and relevant updates. Once the vehicle arrived, they contacted us with a window to come in to finalize the purchase and gave us plenty of options to meet with them. Due to our work schedule we had to come in near closing time, but their customer service was unmatched regardless. The sales process was smooth and top notch. Financing is always a scary part of the process due to all the options, but their staff were honest and outlined what was nice to have versus what was needed. Overall, we were in and out of the dealer in under 3 hours. This included sales, test drive, financing, and vehicle features breakdown. Special shoutout to our sales rep Marcos Alonzo and our finance rep Carlos Jimenez. We didn't feel like customers, but more like family. Great buying experience and we will be back for our next Toyota for our oldest daughter!

Then a manager finally called and removed my info from the system.... or so she said and so I thought. My guy took my car in for it's first oil change today, they told him under 2 hours, and my phone number is on the paperwork .. so the under 2 hours has turned into 3-1/2 hours, and I'm not exaggerating. What is wrong with this place???? Seriously, there is something missing from this service center, and everyone pays for it. What a joke. I guess I will try Redlands next and if that doesn't work I will go all the way to Ontario, where I bought my car. If they are going to take all day, they should be honest and upfront so people can decide with a realistic time frame. Just leaving people sitting there is RUDE, RUDE as can be. People's time matters and so does being honest & upfront. This place is not honest or upfront.
