The guy who did my granddaughter's nails did a great job. The lady who was "in charge" today, I showed her the length and the shape. She didn't get either one right. She did such a horrible job shaping my nails. A 4 year old could almost do a better job. I was quoted $56 for my nails and $76 for my granddaughter's. We ended up being charged $167 total. The people at the salon were rude, the lady cut my natural nails so short it was touching my skin, she left cuts in my fingertips, she pushed my hand and grabbed it in a rude way. She never asked what shape I wanted she just did them her own way and left my nails fat and uneven some look shorter than the other one's. She did them in less than 30 min w dirty equipment, no sanitation. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Dont ever go there too expensive for fucked up nails and at the end she asked me if i was gonna leave her tip, like what? You are not supposed to ask. Im getting these removed and going somewhere else I might get an infection in my fingers with all the dirty stuff she used. Bc my nails are hurting right now bc of how rough this lady was. read more

Took a friend with me, it was a Tuesday afternoon things were quiet and there was no line. I selected the Manicure & Pedicure Spa package which is $41.00. After we completed my Pedicure, we started on the manicure. This is where things took a turn. While watching the nail technician trim and smooth my nails I started to feel a little bit of pain. I started to notice 6 of my nails were bleeding towards the bottom near my cuticles. I asked why and was very concern as this has never happened to me before when I get my nails done. She informed me they were ingrown nails, for me I can tell you that was not true. Ontop of that before paying she stated that the Shellac was an additional $12 charge to remove off my toes. (This was never mentioned before) At this time I feel like this place has a convenient location but will take you on a journey you did not ask for. I highly suggest other places before going here as they might just charge you and tell you later about it. The amount ringed up to 112-this was not ok. Overall of the nails... a day later my fingers are bleeding so please be careful if you decide to give this place a try. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my 14 year old daughter there today and the man that did her nails was really rude. My daughter has ADHD and while the man was doing her nails he asked her if she was stupid? My daughter came out crying. I'm not happy! The guy price gouged me! He was insisting I get gel polish I kept saying no because next week I wanted to change my color and gel will be to hard. He kept insisting I do it. I asked him how much for fill and gel. He totaled it up. It didn't match the price they had posted which annoyed me. I said no I don't want gel just do matte top coat, I asked how much is the fill without gel? He told me... I agreed then I asked for a polish change same color and matte top coat then on my toes also. Now all of a sudden price change! He tells me the matte top coat is $5 more... really either way you were putting top coat on me!! I always get matte I have NEVER been charged extra. He was just determined to get the $10 gel upgrade out of me. Then I sat for 20 minutes drying he made the color so thick it would not dry!! I have done nothing for 3 hours sitting here and sure enough the top is dry but not the under layers because made it too thick and i can wipe and move the color around smearing it. Looks like I'm going to have to go somewhere else Spend more money to get them repainted! Don't waist your money here they price gouge! read more

I don't normally leave a review, but I'm doing this to save someone money! This place was so hurried! Not worth it at all. I paid $42 for a kid pedicure and nail polish all because she wanted to sit in the little chair with water. My full pedicure lasted no longer than 12 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. She put lotion on my legs but did no massage at all. Then she hurried through my toes and didn't even clean up the extra polish. The man who did my daughter's toes was very patient, but $42 for a 15 minute service on a 4-year-old is insane. I will NEVER go back here! Save your money! read more

My daughter & I went for pedicures. They have small pedi chairs for children which was great! Clean, friendly & great experience. My only complaint would be lowering the price on a child's pedicure. $26 is a bit high in my opinion. But, once in awhile pampering is good. read more

Totally disorganized and understaffed. They have a "Take a number" system that they don't even go by. Told me take a number and come back, will be about 45 min. Came back 30 min later, asked what number they were on, was told to wait and they would check numbers. Waited 10 min, told wouldn't be much longer, waited then told another person changed their mind and wanted a full set so we couldn't be helped. Never checked our number against the other people. I went to Cali pro nail here in the Topeka mall tonight with my fiancé to get my nails done and I have to say I definitely give this place a 4/5 stars. A guy named Thuong did my nails. I think that's how you spell his name? Lol. Anyways he was AMAZING. I have been all over Topeka to get my nails done and NO ONE has ever shaped them exactly how I wanted except him. He did them perfectly and painted/designed them to a "T" as well! He also took his time and I believe that's why they came out so perfect. They also got me right in and soon as I walked in and they are very friendly! Only thing I didn't like was he could have been a bit more gentle when using the machine tools and pushing the cuticles back! He was sort of rough and my nails are a little sore but other than that I had a great experience and this will now be my Go To place :) read more

I went in and ask how much for your feet and he said $28.00. So I said Ok. The girl said set here and she started the water and i put my feet in and she started... I thought they be in for a little while. Wrong.. She clipped a little. Polished and didn't cover all of the nail.... My feet is still ruff.... When it was time to pay she tells me I owe $43.00... I told her he said 28.00 and she come back with 10.00 for taking ruff sin off and 5.00 for flower..... Never said a word about anything extra..... I will never go there again.... And now i'll have to have new polish to cover what she missed and have bottons of my feet done again..... Grade school kids could do better work them she did.... She asked me for a tip....
