Even though I felt I was driving well, the examiner focused on very minor issues that did not seem like actual mistakes. A road test should evaluate a driver's ability to follow traffic laws and operate a vehicle safely. Even experienced drivers can make minor errors that do not affect overall safety. The experience felt unfair and biased, making it stressful and disappointing. I also noticed that this location had many open appointment slots, which made me wonder whether other people have had similar experiences. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this registry for a road test.

Over a dozen visits to Express have been most trouble-free: their effectiveness in dealing with so many public concerns has proven them to be relatively headache-free. It seems obvious that this place is run by business-minded people, which in contrast to most government-oriented services stands out as special. As well, their multi-cultural staff all are courteous even with complaining customers, and efficiently keep focused on the task at hand while gently commiserating with the disgruntled ones. As well, they have to deal with all kinds of accents and troublesome immigrant concerns like learner's permits, licensing and registrations. Soothing... My last time there was this past week, and when I had to get some docs from my insurer in Edmonton, they made it so easy to receive a needed fax, and then told me I'd not have to grab another number to wait in line again, but just make myself known 15 minutes later. I did so, and in only another few minutes I had everything done. Cool, eh? As I see that some registries are not run as efficiently, perhaps we should help people go to this one rather than elsewhere.

I was in last week to get some registrations done and seen two clerks literally being very unprofessional, fighting and screaming at each other in front of everyone. One of them I believe is the supervisor or manager there since I have dealt with her previously, (She is tall, short hair and wears glasses). The other one I believe could be new she had long blond hair. It was an actual "cat fight" in this business place. There was a lady that came in from the back room and said something to both of them.
