Dr. Rodriguez answers the phone directly when I call and she spends at least 30 minutes in the office with me.

Dr. Yu is a board member at this facility and we set my parents up to have medication managed by them as well. We thought this would be a great partnership. However, little did we know that Dr. Yu and his office are very slow to respond and my parents on 4 separate occasions ran out of meds. They called Dr. Yu's office multiple times and left messages trying to get prescriptions filled. It took an average of 3 days to complete. Just today Dr Yu called me back because I wanted to know why his office ordered home health for my mom to have physical therapy on her knee. She already had a service in place. I asked why this was changed and he said he did not know and that it could have been his Nurse Practitioner. I asked to verify just to understand how or why this was changed. He said there was no way to find out, they don't have a system that tracks this. He followed this up with "that is just the way it is" and "I don't have to look over the NPs shoulder for everything they do." I informed him that I was not happy with the service he was providing and his answer was "your parents can find another provider because I have the right to serve anyone I want."

If either of the doctors are unavailable, Erin Schendel, the P.A. is usually available. I actually end up seeing her the majority of the time. I absolutely love her! She is very thorough with her assessments and really takes her time to offer a caring ear to fully understand what is going on. I'm grateful that she is a part of my medical care team. From the receptionist to the billing department to the actual medical professionals, everyone is a pleasure to work with!

Jose Ortiz, the doctor I had is great…read more Some of the staff I worked with is not. Dr. Ortiz gave me the right meds just by listening and then looking at the ER papers. I had a doctor at the ER that with all the tests done and the same info I shared, he did not give me the right antibiotic. I had a serious infection and high fever for a week and he doubled the antibiotics I had before I went to the ER... yes, and was charged 1k after insurance. Dr. Ortiz Saved another trip to the emergency room or something worse. I would take a good doctor even if it meant having to deal with some issues with the staff, it might just be uncomfortable to be in that position if you are in need of efficient staff. If you are, the manager resolved my issues when they were escalated, she was kind and made sure everything was okay.

Plus their PA left only leaving Dr. Garcia and Dr. Momin in office a few days a week. This seemed to be fine until my daughter was sick while Dr. Garcia was out of town. It of course fell on a day Dr. Momin wasn't in either, which left the front desk to recommend us to an Urgent Care office. Of course, doctors deserve time away, but there should always be someone available to see a regular patient when sick. This is the whole point of having a pediatrician. When I voiced my displeasure with there not being a single doctor or PA available to see my daughter, without yelling or cursing might I add, I was later sent a letter of discharge. This came as a complete surprise, as I was never contacted by Dr Garcia as requested and as a paying patient I should be able to vocalize my concerns without fear of being retaliated against. I am grateful to be forced to find a pediatrician that will actually be able to see my daughters when they are sick during normal business hours, but am severely disappointed by how this situation was handled.
