I wanted to leave an updated review because this practice is now under Dr. Maria Salinas, and my…read moreexperience with her was completely different from what I experienced before. I had been a patient under Dr. Alissa for about six years, and I was very disappointed with the care I received during that time. I rarely, if ever, actually saw the doctor. Almost every appointment was handled by a different PA, which meant I constantly had to re-explain my full medical history, diagnosis history, symptoms, and concerns. As someone diagnosed with lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Raynaud's syndrome, and other related issues, that was extremely frustrating and exhausting. Many of my lupus-related concerns were also often referred out to other doctors instead of being fully addressed. When Dr. Maria Salinas took over the practice, I came in for an appointment because I was dealing with inflammation, pain, and lupus-related symptoms. I honestly planned on finding another rheumatologist, but after this visit, I completely changed my mind. I was actually seen by Dr. Salinas herself, and I was so grateful. She already had my history, took the time to discuss my conditions with me, listened to my concerns, and made me feel heard. One of the biggest things that stood out was that she took my past experience with methotrexate seriously. I had bad side effects from that medication when I was younger, and instead of dismissing that, she discussed another option with me, Leflunomide. Today is day five on the new medication, and this morning I noticed a real difference. Before starting it, it would usually take me at least two hours every morning just to get moving because of the stiffness and pain. Some mornings I could barely stand up straight, and the swelling, pain, and weakness in my hands made it hard to even hold my coffee cup. This morning, I woke up without that same stiffness and was able to hold my cup with no problem. Dr. Salinas was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. She also allowed me to openly discuss my concerns about how the practice was run before. She explained that she has plans to improve the practice, including hiring another rheumatologist and one PA to help with patients. Most importantly, she said patients will consistently see the same provider, whether that is Dr. Salinas, the new rheumatologist, or the PA. That alone means so much because one of the hardest parts of the previous practice was seeing a different PA almost every time. I believe many of the older negative reviews reflect how the practice was managed under Dr. Alissa, but now that Dr. Salinas has taken over, I truly feel hopeful about my care here. She made me feel seen, heard, and taken seriously, and I am absolutely staying with this rheumatologist. I am very thankful for Dr. Salinas and look forward to continuing my care with her.

I was pleased with Dr. Allisa and even though I did not see him at all his PAs were fabulous. I am…read morenot at all please with the new system they have now. No one answers the phone since it is not there it is an answering service. I did not like the PA I saw at my last visit. She should have read my chart before my appointment, so I did not have to explain to her all my issues I have had. I literally had to go to the office just to talk to someone and complain about it. I do not take being rushed or seem to not be important on my issues. I am trying to find another doctor near me, but I have looked at their reviews and are not much better. I can't even believe they charge to do FMLA paperwork to. 125.00 for no rush, 175.00 if you need it ASAP. What a scam.

I didn't wait in the waiting room for more than a few minutes, and then didn't wait in the exam room for more than a few minutes before he came in. He took the time to explain everything to me with wonderful bedside manner, remained conscious of the time he spent with me so as not to run late for his next appointment, but not in a way that made me feel rushed at all. I may not even have noticed he was keeping track of his schedule if it weren't for the fact that I work in an appointment run office that always stays on time. I think its very important to not keep your appointments waiting for a good patient experience! It's very convenient to have their office in a hospital so that you can get everything you need. One stop shop! Went right next door for xrays, then downstairs for blood work. My results were emailed to me the next morning! I would highly recommend this Rheumatologist to anyone searching!

My father has several doctors, and Dr. Osgood has been one of the best we've visited. In the early years, he would often escort us from the waiting room, as his techs were busy with other tasks. He would "check us in" and was always professional. He is willing to listen and takes the time to care for his patients. He never appears to be in a hurry to get you out of his office. He also runs on time, which is unheard of in many doctors' offices. We are usually in and out in under an hour. I greatly appreciate his bedside manner and professionalism. His new location is right down the street from where we live. He appears to share the practice with several other doctors. The front desk staff is hit or miss at this location, and the turnover seems high. His current tech in 2025 is so lovely and sweet. He has been there for at least two years. If you need a Rheumatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Osgood.

If you are looking for a top notch Rheumatologist, Dr. Chadha is your gal!…read more Dr. Anu Chadha is a blessing to people living with an autoimmune disease, especially younger adults diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. She is compassionate and she listens. She is not judgemental...she really truly cares about the health (physical and mental) and well-being of her patients. Plus, she's brilliant. She is so knowledgeable about treatments and shares detailed information with her patients. She holds nothing back, but without being aggressive or cold. She also has a fantastic sense of humor, key to putting her patients at ease. Her staff is fantastic. Lewis, the infusion nurse, is equally brilliant, thorough and caring. He really goes above and beyond to make his patients feel as comfortable as possible in his care. I recommend Dr. Chadha without hesitation to anyone seeking answers to and relief from an autoimmune disease. Her sister-in-law Dr. Bunch practices with her and she's great too.

I am not sure if it is a staffing shortage or if staff keeps leaving because of the doctor, but…read moreforget getting records sent to a PCP, I have been trying for months. The appt itself was good, Dr. Chada appeared to take me seriously, excellent bedside-manner. She ran a slew of tests which was great, the not-so-great part is it took about an hour for her office to send the orders for the draws. I had to go back over twice to see what the issues were, no one ever could say. Two tests came back with massive warnings on them and then I was blown off entirely and told that the tests did not mean anything. The comments on the tests were not sophisticated in nature and only appeared after a month when I said "WTF is up". Almost seemed more like office staff trying to cover up missing calling me. I was highly annoyed with the assumption of diabetes and high cholesterol, BTW all came back with flying colors (check Quest). I am overweight because I hurt literally from head-to-toe and I am under an insane amount of stress, not because I sit around and eat bon-bons all day, but thanks for perpetuating the myth. My main issue is that at the appt in August, DR. Chada diagnosed fibromyalgia and said she would send the diagnosis and recommended prescriptions to PCP, that was in August, it is now December and I have made multiple requests and guess what my PCP still does not have? Rheumatologists are in high demand because there are not many of them, my guess is if she diagnosis you with a rheumatological issue she is likely excellent, if it is too iffy (ie low results on tests) then she is not going to have time for you. I am giving her the benefit of the doubt on a comment she made in respect to "not a great gene pool to start from"; I have said the same myself, but it still did not sit well the way it was said, almost felt more like a comment on the fact that I appear entirely of European descent. I have been called a "ghost" in the past (look it up, it is derogatory) and the tone and posture came a bit too close to past incidents for my comfort. She would have gotten a great review, but the inability to get the records to my PCP dictates a bad score, just maybe this review will result in those results going over.

I had a doctor at the ER that with all the tests done and the same info I shared, he did not give me the right antibiotic. Dr. Ortiz Saved another trip to the emergency room or something worse. I would take a good doctor even if it meant having to deal with some issues with the staff, it might just be uncomfortable to be in that position if you are in need of efficient staff. If you are, the manager resolved my issues when they were escalated, she was kind and made sure everything was okay.

I came in for a routine physical, as I recently received health insurance for the first time in 10 years (God bless America). Mossburg discussed my health in an intelligent and friendly manner with laptop in hand, taking detailed notes. At first, I was caught off guard by her incessant typing while maintaining steady eye contact and asking thoughtful questions. I appreciated it afterwards, though, as she leaves you with a thorough report of your condition along with the steps taken and those recommended. If you get any lab work done, she also leaves a detailed recorded message on a coded phone system thing that you call in to hear your results. Very cool and convenient. The office isn't new or fancy but tries with the faux wood flooring and Pier 1 wall art. Forget the office--good doctors are hard to find, and Mossburg's a good one.
