stayed 7/17/25 - 7/22/25, we will not be returning after our fifth yr, I had paid for an extra person when I booked, & then was harassed multiple times during my stay about paying for visitors. the bathrooms are not kept clean, & the pita potties are disgusting. my husband, I also picked up a Walmart bag of trash left at the site when I checked in. The water for the showers smells awful, we didn't want to shower , after 5 yrs we will not be returnin.. read more

Trying different campgrounds in NH in search of a permanent one to have as a Seasonal site next Summer. The bathrooms and beach were very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Even met the owners dog who was super fun to play catch with according to my daughter. Thank you! read more

This campground is AWESOME!!!! We were welcomed with burgers and hot dogs, a private tent site - spaced well apart, portable toilets are located throughout the campground so it's never a far walk, two different places for showers (restroom and shower house), the shower house is an entirely private room for you to use. The owners are super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here! read more

I am surprised at the other reviews on here. We love this campground. We have found the people to be super friendly and the campground super clean. They have two full bathrooms, a laundry room. And porta potties scattered through the campground. Even the porta potties were kept SOOO clean it looked like they were just dropped there. Hey do have certain quiet times but we have never been bothered by anyone for being too loud. And we always have friends there. We appreciate the quiet time because we are not kept up all night by people partying. It's a great place to bring a family. read more
Want to go camping but are short on time? This is an ok location to do so. My family and I made a last minute camping trip, and decided to try this place out. We usually hit up one of the campgrounds in the white mountains, but some of us were tight on time. So we reserved double site wilderness 7. It was a very big site, but a bit pricy for being on the other side of what seems to be a trailer park. The staff that we interacted with were friendly. But, I can't say that for some of the seasonal campers. When we arrived, we parked to go check in. A group at the front camp ground were very rude to my father who was parking for a few moments. They said "you'd better move your truck, my girlfriend is coming back" then another one of the (what seemed to be drunk group) said "don't worry, I have chains, I can make him move his truck " (also, for the record, for the whole 5 mins we went to check in, his girlfriend did not return. He was being rude for no reason) We drove back to our site, and were near the dog pond, and in a decently wooded area. My suggestion is to bring bug spray, the mosquitoes are vicious here. Staff would drive by every morning to clean up the Porto - potty. Be warned, they don't get emptied until Monday, so by Sunday one to the right of the site was near full. Also, Saturday night we were told to turn our music off by a staffer making rounds. But they did not do rounds Sunday night, so it seemed odd that they only check on Saturday night. Clean bathrooms with nice showers up by the main office and full laundry available too. Also, items in the main office aren't unreasonably priced as you would expect. Overall 2.5 rating. read more
