My husband payed our mortgage first. So the payment for camp would of been a few days late. At around 9 on saturday evening the guy (i will not say his name) came to my husband around 9 and said trailer needs to be pulled off the site. My husband tried sunday to reason with them and for our family to go home till it could be paid on friday. We where told it is unacceptable. We owed for the month there where campers there that owed way more than we did but its not the point is how can you tell a family at 9pm you have to pull your trailer and pack up and leave. So we pulled the trailer. There was not much for children to do anyways. There pond you can swim in has leaches. Our older son came out with one on his ankle. Your not allowed to have four wheelers unless you work there or are apart of there circle. We have since removed our trailer and it is at a new campground that is fantastic. So much more for our family. We swam in the lake last weekend and the best part came out with no leaches. Good luck to anyone who goes to 3 ponds cause if you have not been there for many years the staff and the campers (who have been there many years) put your nose up at you and treat you as they are better. Good luck to 3 ponds and thank you for kicking us out. Because we have found a fantastic campground.

I have scars that I normally try not to show. Cedar Waters was our first place we explored and, honestly, I'm so glad we went there. It was great meeting others who were just fun to talk to and it really helped us relax. We appreciated how, "body acceptance" and "respect for the dignity of others" were mentioned since we feel strongly about those things. The beds were SO comfortable! Midway through our trip one of the staffers stopped by to ask if we needed any more smores' kits or firewood. The cabin was also stocked with dog bags, bowls, dog treats, a towel to wipe dirty dog paws, and a bandana. Our spot was pretty private, but we could see other campers through the woods. Everyone else around was respectful when it came to noise during quiet hours and everyone's dogs kept barking to a minimum. We drove through a narrow entryway into an area that was maybe five cars wide. I parked to the right most area and was greeted by a hostile voice, saying are you here to register? I said yes. She said move your car. There were probably three or four widths of cars to my left so that anybody coming into the place could have gotten through perfectly easily. And by three or four car widths I mean 30 or 40 feet . I absolutely could not think of any reason for this hostile greeting. My companion opined, probably accurately, that the person yelling at me wanted to establish power in our relationship. That continued with our trying to check in at 2:30 P.M. We were told that check in time was 3:00. There were apparently many available rooms and almost no cars in the area. The the only people around where people that seem to hang around there all the time. We had to leave and come back 30 minutes later. As I have been a carpenter, I noted some obvious deficiencies in the property. The most blatant of these is that there is apparently no accessibility to anyone with any limited walking ability let alone anyone in a wheelchair. Everything is absolutely blockaded to a wheelchair. And then there is a restaurant that seems to be part of the property. That is a confusing nightmare between whether it is a pizza place or something better. A flyer for a pizza place was in our room. but the resto there had a broad menu. The was a meal there was nice but... The back stairs to the place must have been designed and built by Helen Keller. It is an axiom, an absolute rule, that steps must be of equal hights. If they are not people always trip on one or more of them that are not equally spaced. Every carpenter knows this and every designer knows this. Helen Keller or whoever built those stairs didn't give a damn. No building inspector could look at them and not laugh before writing a violation notice.
