    I took advantage of their semi-seasoned wood. Delivery was quick and professional (btw - tip the…read moredriver. They don't mention it, but they depend on that to cover their costs). We ordered two cords. We got roughly 2.25, if not more. Some was clearly semi-seasoned, but some was VERY seasoned. Lots of kindling, on top of the extra wood. Our previous guy had fantastic wood, but would consistently short us. We didn't see any offer to stack, so I can't comment on that. I bought some wood racks from Amazon, so I know I'm getting the right amount. I will definitely buy from these guys again.

    BUYERS BEWARE as this is a text that I had sent to the owner after poor delivery service and less…read moreproduct than ordered. Your entire job is based upon orders and delivery times. I can understand giving a one or two day window. However, when I ordered on a Friday and I'm told it will be a Wednesday or Thursday delivery, I expect some kind of update if there's no delivery on Thursday. There was no update about my delivery which then made me call on that Friday to inquire about my delivery status. I was told that my order would be delivered the following Sunday. Sunday came and went and I get a text at 9 PM with the ridiculous question, have you received your delivery? At this point it has been nine days since I have ordered and paid for the wood and still no delivery. My wife and I could not believe that we were being asked the question if the wood was delivered or not. I entertained and answered the question stating no I did not receive my delivery and when should I expect it. I'm then told it will be sent on Monday by end of day. Fine, I ordered 100 bags two full cords of wood. I tell you what, 100 bags is not two cords of wood. A cord of wood is 8 feet long by 4 feet high by 4 feet wide. Those bags do not equal to two full cords of wood. So I received less product than I paid for. I paid for 2 full cords and received 1 1/2 face cords. So by digging your feet in making a statement that there are too many variables that you cannot give a specific day is ridiculous. That is the foundation of your job. It is not difficult to count how many bags of wood are on that truck for the day for all the orders. The day before you text each individual that they will receive their order the following morning. If orders aren't completed then that customer is again texted the next evening stating that the delivery will be by end of day next business day. The problem is you don't care about your customers waiting for a week or week and a half for wood that they're waiting for so long as you received your payment. That is a poor business practice. The issue you are having is simple logistics. If you cared enough, you would fix it. However, by you stating that there are too many variables tells me that you have no interest in fixing it at all with no accountability. You certainly charged my credit card immediately and got your money and then delivered a product that's not equal to the amount that I ordered. To say that I'm displeased as an understatement. BUYERS BEWARE, if you choose to do business with this company you too will experience this as well. Less product and poor delivery service. I'm a retired aircraft controller, and what you're stating to me is beyond my comprehension on how a business can be run in this manner and stay successful. You won't be receiving any more business from me.
