But I didn't care I just wanted her better tho my local vet was still clueless to what was wrong but happy taking my money, one day I decided to take her to richmonds has I heard it was cheaper n tbh it was best thing I ever did, the vets there were so lovely n in a few visits we found out my poor dog had kidney failure and due to my local vet not picking it up in her blood tests (which they took every time I went)me and my family had to watchy poor dog suffer, my dogs kidneys were that badly damaged I had to have her put to sleep which was the hardest thing I have ever had to do! My poor dog wasn't even 4yr old, richmonds vets did everything they could to help and was so helpful and compassionate! I would recommend them to anyone and I wish they had been my first choice of vets because I lost one great dog due to local vets! Thank you Richmond vets.

One of my cats was paralysed as a kitten and we thought we were going to lose him. Thanks to Andy and his team of nurses, who looked after him daily over a 2 month period, he is now a healthy 6 year old. I have always found everyone at the practice very friendly, enthusiastic and professional. Andy and his colleague are superb vets and offer many different types of treatment, aside from standard medicines. They explain things clearly, even when those things may not be what we pet lovers really want to hear! I would absolutely recommend this practice to any other pet owner who values their animals health and wellbeing.

All the staff, from the receptionist to the vets and their assistants, are really friendly and patient, even with our cat who, for no reason at all, seems to have an instinctive dislike for anything to do with the vet! They are happy to give advice on any aspect of pet care, and they sell many of the things you need for your pet. If you are registered with Holme Veterinary Centre they send you reminders of when your pet is due for vaccinations and worming etc.
