The planning process started back in April when we received a timely and very reasonable quote, and we decided to start the project in September because it worked best for both parties. He and one of his crew - Harley Davidson (really! :) - then showed up on the day he had promised us months before. They are friendly, good natured guys, and meticulously took care of everything. When finished, we were asked to check everything to make sure we were completely satisfied. Mark also gave me excellent product and stain color advice for our home, which has cedar siding, and the now "forest green" garage door (previously white) which he recommended makes the whole place just "pop!"
