Called the very next day after picking it up and discovering the issue and they tried to send me through warranty services. After complaining, they agreed to order me a new fryer to replace the one I received. Unfortunately, it is three months later and I still have not received the replacement fryer (they had to order one). Save yourself the trouble and go to Crown Restaurant Supplies. Better service and better selection.
