They are without question one of the most customer focused companies I have ever been in, in Calgary. When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a quick orientation of where all the free softdrinks and coffee are. The facilities are clean and top notch. I know from working there, that they treat their staff amazing, so they get hte best instructors there, because they know how to retain staff. The lunch and learn they offered was to introduce their new soft skills line of courses (so in addition to computer courses, desktop and technical, they now have a large line of business skills courses), so they were giving away free one hour snippets of a few of their popular courses so their customers could have a taste of their new line. Further, unlike some of their competition, they never cancel courses -- so even if you are the only person in the class, it will still run. Nice work, ctc! You never cease to amaze me.
