I am immunocompromised, and much of my motivation for going there was that I felt they aligned with my own health and wellness journey and philosophy...and that what they provided was useful to supporting my health and wellness. I am also a holistic nutritionist, and would send people there for their own wellness needs. All of this makes me so sad. And sadly, I will taking my business elsewhere. And won't be referring anyone any longer.

This item was located at the glass counter near the front of the store that seems to be frequently unattended. Another customer overheard me comment on the rarity of the item and immediately got a staff member to come over and get the item for them so that they could purchase it instead of me. Had this counter been attended, the person who found the item (myself) and had every intention of purchasing it would have been able to do so. The item was instead purchased by someone who seemingly thinks nothing of swiping things out from under other people's noses. This store should figure out how to better attend this area to prevent other customers from going through a similarly negative experience.

It cost me $6 for 400 grams. They have a small selection of whole foods and bulk foods. They also carry homeopathic remedies. I didn't feel the service here was the most helpful ever and since they don't carry my favorite vitamins, there are other health food stores I would rather go to.

Both sandwiches were pretty gourmet for a hiking trip though. For small meals, we grabbed a tandoori cauliflower bowl and a chicken shawarma bowl -- both had great flavors. Prices are reasonable - it works out to be less than Thai restaurants in Calgary but it tastes to me, much healthier and less sweet/oily. There are discounts if you order $100 or more, plus free delivery. Pro tip - cut up the chilies in tiny slivers. I thought it was a red pepper and chomped on it. The price is average and I think about how much it is to go out for Thai, portion sizes are a lot smaller, I feel flavours are restaurant quality and I like how I know what is exactly going in the dish. You can substitute for what you like, coconut milk is provided and you can make it a "lighter" version by adding water. Rice is also provided and is really tasty. They are easy to make and fool proof! Easy directions with all ingredients provided to make, though you add your own vegetables and protein. I've bought all of them and love, it's a really good and fast supper. We add tons of vegetables and we have enough for me, my husband and leftovers for lunch. Downside is I wish they were more easily found! You can go to their website to find locations that carry these kits year round, though pricing is slightly better at the seasonal farmers market. In fact Natalia found the products and furniture in her store by researching what celebrity parents are shopping for. For example T-E-T sells the products from the line "Bloom". Bloom was created by four fathers who just happen to be architects so what you can expect is high quality, furniture and accessories but with sleek design and tons of function. Being four fathers themselves, safety and environmental sustainability are the priorities in the Bloom creative process; every Bloom product exceeds all applicable safety standards and regulations.
