The communication was quick and responsive especially relieving at a time of crisis or when time is of the essence. They served the paperwork within minutes of the scan to them, and they organized paperwork and sent me proof of service. I highly recommend using them, as the rates are super reasonable and seem to care more about people and their needs, rather than just taking your money. It is stressful enough dealing with legalities, it is nice to have someone take the stress off the shoulders. You are in good hands with these guys!,,,,,

In some contexts, a minute man isn't always the most desirable. But in terms of a print shop, it's…read moreexactly that. I stopped in to get a colour poster printed and stepped out but a few minutes later. By poster, I should clarify that it was a 13"x19", easy enough to do on a colour printer without getting too specialized about the paper. It can be touch and go at some of the big box stores with quality and service from time to time, I get the feeling that isn't the case here. As a franchise, it's got a name and processes behind it, but it's a local owner. And it seems, it's a local owner with a staff that's invested in customer care. Great work Minute Man! Well, that was enough for me, I knew it would be a great business. Very professional, I felt safe leaving it to them last minute. The cost for this rush job was more than my usual place, but they wouldn't have been able to do it in that short of a time. Plus, a few other places I checked out was a tad cheaper, but they didn't seem to know what they were doing and couldn't promise to do it within a day's time. Posters look great - if you have a urgent job and need it done fast and right, I would recommend this place.

This is another business that would have had a 5 star review if not for the peculiar behavior of…read moreit's proprietor Diane L.M. Cook. Between her comments which could easily be interpreted as discriminatory statements about visible minorities, boundary issues in asking personal questions about personal finances, and not so subtle hostile temperament, the only reason I'd work with her again is if it were by email only and would require no personal contact. Cook is clearly intelligent and precise, very knowledgeable about the industries she covers, and capable of professional editing and writing quality. Unfortunately, EQ counts far more than IQ in this world, and Cook is a sharp writer with an even sharper tongue well used to put down and rip apart others for no reason.
