Sew smart... more like sew f*** rude! When I arrived for my appointment no one greeted me, two…read morewomen glanced at me and continued to talk amongst themselves. It is a small shop and I came in with my dress (obviously a customer). When I asked if they worked there and told them I had an appointment they said ok and proceeded to talk amongst themselves, offering no help or explanation! I waited 30 minutes for the seamstress to arrive late to my appointment! After my fitting, a few weeks went by and I hadn't heard back so I called the shop and I was told it had been done for weeks! Wtf?! When I picked up my dress the seamstress did not fix what I asked her to, after stating these were easy fixes. She said she made 1 of the 2 adjustments I had asked for (you could have fooled me) and claimed we never discussed the other adjustment. It gets worse, she also STAINED my dress in 3 spots and blamed me stating that it was my makeup (it was obviously not my makeup). I told her this and she argued with me claiming that if it wasn't my makeup it was probably my deodorant or body sweat and that she didn't even touch that area of the dress. Again wtf. She told me to hand wash it and it would be fine. It's a dry clean only dress that I brought to her brand new without stains! I told her I wasn't happy with her work and she told me the dress was not flattering and it was ugly. She continued to say that she doesn't understand why I bought the dress in the first place because it doesn't suit me and no amount of alterations would make it look nice. Honestly, what a b****. She then told me about a "fat" client of hers who bought the same dress and said it looked ugly on her too. They also only accept cash, although there are no signs stating that. If you guessed she had a rude remark to make about this as well, you'd be right! My dress cost $200 and I paid her $30 to stain it and "make alterations" (that let's be honest she did not make) and to be insulted. With her shitty attitude and poor sewing skills I don't know how she stays in business. If you want someone to degrade you, she's your gal. Otherwise you can accomplish the same outcome with the sewing skills of a toddler and some kind of staining agent. 0/5 stars

The negative: Every manager and/or assistant manager we have encountered here for over many years has been rude in their interactions with us. Answers to our queries are short and without a smile or pleasant comments. They've also not acknowledged us as customers if the associate has a question regarding our items at checkout. Very surprising that a Christian company would consistently employ miserable people in the managerial position. What kind of an example are they to the public of a joyful follower of Christ? And if they aren't a Christian, perhaps Hobby Lobby should be reconsidering who they hire to represent their company.

And what do you know, Yup, it's a craft store alright, juust like I thought it would be. And juust like it says on the 40 foot sign on the front of the building.    Aaaand let's see what's down Every isle why don't we. sure, great. How many glue guns does one person need? "what? nothing, nevermind" wow alot of fake flowers up in here too. And what is this thing for? "Put it in the cart already!" of course. "This place is Freakin HUGE, are you sure we can't just skip a few isles?" "NO!" [of course not I said while testing my restraints]    And then it happened. I got it, "it's all clearly right in front of me like a thousand inspirational signs which were obviously made just for yours truly. This store is actually speaking to me through it's merchandise.  W O A H ! !"   Ok, you win. You broke me. I Like This Store Now. Okay, there I said it. Can we go now? Come And Get Your Shopping On!!
