Our washer & dryer were side by side w/the dryer hose passing behind the washer to where it exited--when the old washer became unbalanced it had banged into hose causing the hole that were unknown to us till it was exposed when new washer was installed. As a side note, when replacing a washer or dryer do not let the installer run a dryer hose behind a washer as if it becomes unbalanced it will damage the hose creating a fire risk.

Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Sends a technician that has no certification or skills, talks over the phone walking the technician in Arabic. The technician tells me he fixed it, charges me $480, later to realize that the actual charge is $250. Fun part, he will only accept direct transfer via Venmo only for payment! Next time we use the fireplace, same problem. Mark tells me, upon contacting him, that there is another possible problem. But since I am a returning customer, instead of charging me $1200 to fix it, he will charge me only $780, and discount me another $250 that I already paid. Stay away from this company. On 10/13, I spoke with Christina to schedule a fireplace cleaning appointment for a date shortly after our call, with an arrival window of 8:00-11:00 AM. During that same call, I requested that a supervisor contact me regarding additional questions. No one from management ever returned that call. On the day of the appointment, the technician never arrived. At 10:00 AM, I contacted Jeffrey, who informed me the technician was running late and would arrive in the afternoon. No one showed up that afternoon either. When I spoke with Jeffrey again, I provided my address a second time. He then sent a confirmation notification containing the wrong address and even the wrong city. I called back once more to correct the information so the technician could locate my home. Despite all of this, no technician arrived at any point that day. At 4:00 PM, a customer service representative called to inform me that the technician "had something to do with his wife." This explanation was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I demanded an immediate call from a manager. No one contacted me. To this day, I have still not received a single follow‑up call from any member of management. Adding insult to injury, I began receiving text messages a few days later offering to reschedule the fireplace cleaning. I made it clear that, given the severe inconvenience and complete lack of service, the cleaning should be provided at no charge. I received no response. This entire experience is a clear example of extremely poor customer service, a lack of basic professionalism, and an absence of any meaningful management oversight. Despite multiple requests, not one manager has contacted me. Based on the conduct I have witnessed, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If these practices continue, it is difficult to see how this organization will remain in business.
