Way too expensive for the market. $7.50 for a regular sized latte. $21 for a hamburger with breakfast potatoes which were poorly cooked. Chicken salad sandwich was lacking moisture. Rye bread and salad were good. Not good enough to make me want to come back. Our lunch bill was $53. Take two because why not give a local business A 2nd chance. I honestly don't have the energy to tell you not to go here. Disappointment filled the experience. I made a reservation. Walked to the counter in the back since it's seat yourself. After the owner who did not acknowledge us, snapped at the employee who then provided directions to our table. Resulting in another rude interaction with her boss telling her to take us to the table. Service was terrible not because staff is not capable but IMHO they are not provided training or support. Who serves a breakfast sandwich on an untoasted English muffins? Not crunchy craggy spots to capture the egg yolk to provide a sound, smell and feel experience when eating. Pricing and consistency was all over the place. My latte was only $5 this trip.... And my friends looked like a different type of coffee (she ordered the same thing). Also. Sandwich is not spelled with a "t" unless of course it's made by a coven with spells cast for diner's enjoyment. They need to decide if they are a seat yourself coffee shop where you order from the counter. Or a sit down order from a menu and be greeted restaurant. You can't be both. We were ask if we wanted to dessert and told to go take a look in the case for the bakery items. I'm sad that I don't like this local spot. I usually love local.

I find that most of their can goods taste better, you can smell how fresh the Deli foods are, all their produce is kept clean (especially, with no insects flying around), their clothing has a pretty accurate size, and so much more...Especially, the fresh smell of the bakery when you walk into the store. I have had the best customer service; they take you to the product, and sometimes give you tips about the product you are looking for. They seem really concerned on wanting to help you, and they know how to clearly explain their merchandise. I also get good deals on the mperks (digital coupons), not only are you saving with digital coupons but, you might also save at the cash register; I average about $600 or more a year just on mperks. You can also save with other coupons and their low prices. It is free to sign up and use the digital coupons; no membership fee. I have been shopping at the Findlay store since 1988, and overall it has been the best store to shop at; they generally keep most products stocked up, the aisles are clean, they have great sales & savings, and excellent customer service.
