But again, I was referred to her by an associate, so I carried on in good faith that everything would work out fine. It wasn't until she canceled our in-person planning meeting to discuss the details of my large order that I started to trust my instinct. After over a month of lackluster communication from Elyse, I finally decided to cancel my order and request a refund. Now, four months later, I still haven't received my refund (which was promised to be delivered the first week of October) nor product, and her communication regarding the refund status has been vague and circular.

When I explained to Michelle (the owner) what I needed and showed her a picture of what I wanted to have made, she said she would do a little research and see if she would be able to make the orange blossom flowers to put on my cake pops.
