I have no idea what I did to the cashier to make her automatically have such a disgusting & disrespectful attitude towards me but I really hope the owners pay attention to the liability her presence in the store is. Finding me taking a picture of the receipt to complete my order was enough of a reason for her to add more attitude to our encounter. Mind you I've never met her in my life and as a black man, meeting a black woman that instantly has an excuse to be ghetto just makes this entire encounter more disgusting than it initially was. I found this place out of the blue. I am always looking for some great wings and shrimp. Upon first look and walking in, one could question what the experience will be. Here it is...... Upon walking in, the place is pretty clean and we were greeted nicely by all and the service was great. The decor isn't great inside, but the food makes up for that. The food is what I was there for. Speaking of the food....... The tenders were fresh and tender. I could have ate them without any sauce and been happy. Dipped them in whatever sauce they have (some kind of buffalo), and i enjoyed them even more. The chicken wings were fresh and cooked perfect. They were covered in buffalo hot sauce and they were perfect for me in heat. The giant shrimp were breaded great and had a wonderful crunch and flavor along with the cook on them. I have to say that its some of the best shrimp i have had in a long time. The puppies and fries were just normal and not made of what i could tell. If they made those fresh, id love them even more. Lol. With all this being said, its a hole in the wall that could be missed. Id say dont miss it. After hearing multiple family members praise Cajun Seafood, my mother and I decide to try it for ourselves. Went through the menu, decided on what I could have (crustacean allergy), and hopped in the car. Keep in mind that we live 45 minutes away from civilization and that we left the house solely for this reason. "Why did she go to a seafood place if she has a crustacean allergy?" Because most seafood joints offer more than seafood. I was planning on getting some turkey necks and something else. I thought surely they didn't cook EVERYTHING together. Shaking my damn head. We get there, scan the menu once more to confirm what we'd like, and order. I go first, making sure to ask if everything was cooked separately. I couldn't get a clear answer. First it was no, then it was yes, then it was kind of?? I know it came off super patronizing, but I HAD to ask if they washed their pots in-between cooking and I got a hesitated yyeess... Oh no no no. I was told everything gets cooked in crab boil.. Crab oil? Which is it? Crab boil is seasoning. Crab oil is a liquid that does the same. Neither of which contains actual crab, but no one could tell me if what I wanted would be prepared crab-free. So yeah, that's what I get for going to a seafood joint and expecting special service, but that's not what influenced this review. My mother ordered some fried flounder with fries and turkey necks for later. I sat down with her while she ate and I could tell she wasn't into it. I poked at the turkey necks and they were hard as a brick! It was like they had just boiled and served them which you can't do because turkey necks take a while to break down! She said the flounder and fries were too salty for her. Ended up in the trash. Only thing she ate there was the corn on the cob. The turkey necks made it back home. I boiled the salt out of them, placed them in some gravy, and let simmer for an hour and a half. Served it to her over some veggies and rice. Y'all need a turkey neck cook? I'm right here! I was going to hand out one star, but the guy at the register was friendly enough and answered my questions to the best of his ability. It was a very frustrating day. read more

My husband and I usually come here for wings! Sometimes we get crawfish, but there are days when it's dirty or old and I don't like that. So I only get crawfish when I really crave for it. You get a choice for your sauces - ranch, remoulade, or spicy mayo. I chose remoulade! If you want to add fries, it costs extra. The poboy was a nice size. Had a good amount of crawfish in it and nice flavor on the sauce. I honestly loved it! The flavor of the batter for the crawfish was delicious and having that sauce complimented it. It was like a sweet and salty. It's not as heavy as a normal poboy and I liked that. It was a little pricey just for the sandwich alone. I would definitely get it again when the cravings hit! Came in today and order two plates. They were very friendly ordering but not everything that they have on menu is out. You have to grab a menu pamphlet off the table to see what they all offer. Unfortunately I did no know this until after I ordered. It took around 15-20 for them to cook my order and I took it to go. Before you leave they open it for you and show you that you got all your food and ask if you have any problems with it. Once home I broke into the plates. I ordered spicy but I was let down for it wasnt to spicy. The shrimp was very good along with the sausage and crab legs. I was not impressed by the scallops though and the broccoli was under cooked. But the potatoes we good and corn was a little over done. I definitely want to try this place again and maybe try one of their fish or shrimp burgers.
