The pizza was freaking Amazing!!! I love the pizza in Via Napoli at Epcot in Disney World and I swear this pizza dough tasted just the same. We also had the Buffalo cracklings. It was delicious!!! The tiki drinks were fun and the place is has some great decor. There's a lot of great stuff coming out of the charming little town of Arnaudville and I highly recommend taking a drive out there, especially if you haven't been to Bayou Teche Brewing. It's not just for beer lovers...I promise! No way possible you won't fall in love with it. It just can't be done my friends. While you're here you must order from the on site restaurant, Cajun Saucer. I've had several things from the diverse and well appointed menu, but who are we even kidding? Order one of the pizzas. The word nerd in me absolutely delights over the quirky named pizzas and the foodie in me is in heaven reading the descriptions and anticipating which one I'll pick this time. This is sure to be the best pizza you have had in a long while. You can't go wrong with any one of them but my personal favorites are Alien Autopsy, A Streetcar Named Diablo and I'm a Rocket Ham. The menu was so inventive and fun! We tried 3 different pizzas- a pizza with Diablo in the name as well as sriracha hot honey, andouille, cracklins, and tasso! Also a multi-cheese pizza and a "supreme" type pie. All delicious - the wood-fired oven puts it over the top. The outside seating areas are inviting. Picnic tables set under large oak trees. I always like looking for different spots to eat when I galivant around visiting places. I had seen a brochure for this place at several visitors centers I have gone to, and it fits the bill in being unique, different and on a road less traveled. So, when I had made a plan to see other things nearby, I knew I had to come. You go in and order. Your soft drink comes in a to go cup, but you can get free refills. I placed my order for "A Streetcar Named Diablo" pizza that came with mozzarella cheeses, Cajun saucer tomato sauce, andouille, fried pork skins and several other toppings. Oh. My. Goodness, this is everything. Spicy, sweet, yummylicious. I got a second pizza to take home with me, the "Bobby Boucherie" with mozzarella cheese, Cajun saucer habanero bacon jam, andouille, jalapeno bonbons and some other toppings. I had a piece when I got home and it was just as freaking good. You walk to the counter, place your order and pick your seat. It is attached to a brewery. This is a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. Very Nice place! I don't know what took me so long to try them out, but i definitely plan on going more often! Very clean, very nice atmosphere and ambience. Casual, great for groups, great for family, great for a date. Has indoor and outdoor seating with great views. Also has a gameroom and great craftbeer selection. The pizza and appetizers are pretty great too! Wonderful place to get a bite to eat, a drink, or to hangout and enjoy live entertainment when available. People are very friendly and nice here. Don't kid yourself, the pizza here is delicious! It has a quirky (in a very good way) vibe and atmosphere. The pizzas are different from the other Acadiana locals but I find them to be too notch and really quick relative to time for ordering to getting your pizza! Pizza was ready pretty quick, although I was there on a weekday afternoon. I imagine they're busier on weekends and evenings. I had the Smokey and the Boudin pizza and it was transcendent.
