I called them earlier today and they said they did not have anything that would help me out. I called all over town to find the piece I was looking for. Something inside me said to go to Cycle Gear. As I pulled up and went inside, memories of high school motorcycling flooded my mind. As I entered two guys were standing at the counter and immediately the guy behind the counter asked me "what's up". I showed him what I was looking for and before I could finish my sentence he said "we go that". I was impressed. They seem to care about their customers big time. I needed two and he said come by next week we will have another one. I was really impressed at the price I was quoted. Definitely as cheap as the Internet and no shipping charges. If you need some gear for your motorcycle look these guys up and give them your business.

I stopped in here hoping to find a few light weight helmets that weren't too outrageously in design for a reasonable price. It was nice to be able to get fitted verses guessing and purchasing something online then being unhappy or ending up with something that could be uncomfortable. The two gentlemen that were working here during our visit were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in regards to anything we asked. I also learned the correct way to secure my bikes knowing that's it's impossible to prevent theft if the thief is determined to steal them, but there are definitely ways to deter those that are only looking for an easy opportunity or at least delay the theft from a very determined thief that has the battery powered cutting tools that have become so popular in that profession. The bottom line is the more difficult you make it and the long it takes a thief to steal it the more likely they'll choose an easier target. The new technology and advances in biking has made owning a bike a substantial investment regardless if you spend a few hundred dollars or many thousands for these higher tech bikes it's imperative that you protect your investment. I definitely recommend stopping in here to get all your questions answered and to get a little education before spending your money on a new bike or gear...

Finally arrived in Baton Rouge and they came out and looked at the bike to see what parts I needed. Unfortunately they only had 3 out of 5 of the bolts I needed. They even tried to see if they could find some used ones they were willing to give me for free to help me get going but none of the shop guys had any. Either way, 3 of them was enough to make a difference and hold it in place and I didn't get the other two until I made it to Arkansas. They spent a good 30-40 minutes helping me find the right parts and look for what I needed. I bought some poker chips as well. Great customer service! On top of that they had a really good selection in the showroom and the customer/HOG lounge was outstanding! They even gave us some free bottles of water since it was a bazillion degrees outside and we were melting. I would definitely recommend this location.

I arrived at 9:30 AM and asked for Logan, who showed me several ATVs within my budget. After two hours, I selected one, and it was sent for servicing. While finalizing paperwork and preparing to pay in full at Logan's desk, he excused himself and returned to say he needed his desk for another customer. Frustrated by this dismissive treatment after investing over two hours, I told Logan to cancel the paperwork and that I'd take my business elsewhere, expressing my dissatisfaction firmly. I then purchased the same ATV at another dealership for $1,000 less than Logan's "best price" and was home by 3:00 PM. Friendly Power Sports lost my business due to their poor customer service.
