Fried Shrimp Po'boy with Louisiana Style potato salad and hush puppies
    Shannon S.

Reminds me of few stops in Louisiana and the food was just as delicious. Prompt service and courtesy. The restaurant serves as a bar/diner with booths, tables, bar seating, dart board and a pool table. Plenty of parking and right of of Hwy 36-you would not regret the fried shrimp poboy or the potato salad (whipped to perfection) but the hush puppies stole the show for me. Crispy sweet outside with a hint of zip-just go get them!

    Low country boil.

Food was great. I have food intolerances and they checked every ingredient for me. Gluten free fried catfish. Yum!

Sandwiches are large. The shrimp on the po-boy were good sized. My muffuletta was great

Best Cajun Philly around. My friend Ben E. and I always stop in and get one before any big hunt we have!

Food was good and hot, staff was friendly. Would go back. Grits were top notch and the gator bites and swamp fries were awesome

There's two levels of entertainment. The service was friendly. Only thing is that they don't have food so eat beforehand. There was a hummus plate and some desserts. We had soooo much fun. Such talented musicians. This was a must visiting from LA!

My husband and I actually drove past this place at first--I was expecting green signage, not red,…read moreso it didn't immediately catch my eye. Even walking in, we weren't quite sure what to expect. The entrance is small, and you're greeted right away, which was a nice touch. Once inside, it's very dark with deep red lighting--almost like stepping into a cave. It took a moment for our eyes to adjust, but once they did, we immediately felt at ease. The space is cozy and perfectly aligned with its purpose: it's all about the jazz. The service was great--welcoming, attentive, and added to the overall experience without taking away from the music. And the music? Absolutely captivating. It pulls you in and transports you--you can't help but settle into the vibe and just enjoy the moment together. We went on a Monday, so there was plenty of seating, but I noticed there's also a lower level that likely accommodates larger weekend crowds. There's a solid drink menu and a small selection of food, but honestly, this isn't the place you come for a full meal. Come for the drinks, stay for the music, and soak in the atmosphere.
