Fries were pretty good when they were hot, but quality declined as their temp dropped (to be expected, honestly). But rub them around in that hot honey and I will eat them at any temp. I played it safe with a few bbq boneless wings as a safety net. I'm not usually a boneless gal, but these were great also. The best texture I've had for a boneless wing.
