This review is related to just one product that I bought online. It doesn't have to do with the brand overall or the physical store (which I haven't been to and am unfamiliar with). I bought a ring box online - to hold a ring I am giving as a gift. The "box" is so so tiny imagine a wine cork size, and does not fit a regular ring that's sized 10 1/4. This is a men's ring, but a ring box should be able to accommodate any ring size. The lid literally cannot close because it was made to only fit tiny tiny rings and jewelry, which isn't very practical. I like the color of it and the material - but size and fit are not it and I am unable to use it. Going to return. read more

Honestly worst experience, I cancelled the same day order was placed and store claimed they never received. Refused to stop order and continued with processing order even after I reached out again saying to cancel order. I have proof it was cancelled. The sore told me they would refund after refused the package and they received it back. What sense does any of this make? Beyond frustrating. I will never order from again! Don't be fooled by this place. I've placed multiple orders online throughout the years, and my latest order left me disappointed. I purchased a set of jade huggies for a special occasion, and after a few wears over the course of a year, the beads started to fall off. I reached out to customer service to explain that these had been minimally worn, and they would only stand by their 3-month warranty. I decided to buy myself something I have been wanting for my jewelry collection for awhile now and thought how awesome that they carry luxury vintage watches. Once I received the item I quickly realized it said not working condition. I must have overlooked that piece of information bc I thought no way they would sell a broken piece. So before purchasing a vintage item from CM make sure to check if the item is in working condition. The store will not work with you on returns or even offer store credit. I'm disappointed that the store would sell something in this condition. I'm outed $200 + with over $100 in repair cost (they only offered a $20 refund for battery repair lol). Tracking where it is in production was difficult. My recommendation is to give yourself 3 weeks if you're ordering personalized items, even if it's just a simple letter. Th customer service for online orders is TERRIBLE! I've only received automated, generalized responses, even after responding "Live agent" as they instructed. I ordered my item December 6th and on December 16th received an email stating my item is on the way. However, when I use the tracking number provided, it shows that the label has only been printed and that USPS is still waiting for the item to be received from the shipper. I've been a huge fan of Caitlyn Minimalist for the past few years now and was excited to return to this location! I've purchased multiple items from the Etsy shop and only a few in store. Upon walking in, I saw a sales associate sitting at the register on her phone texting, she looked up and said hello, the resumed texting. I came in looking for a ring but was very put off my the lack of interaction from the associate. Little did she know that I was wearing 2 rings, earrings and bracelet from Caitlyn . I browsed around and wanted to ask a question, but the associate seemed too busy texting to answer my question. I wasn't acknowledged or asked if I needed help at any point. I decided to leave and come back at a later time or shop online instead. A minute or so before I left, 2 other women came into the store and they failed to get a greeting because associate was still on her phone. My visit was 3/5/2026 around 2:40pm. Listen to the one-star reviews! I should have trusted the negative reviews before ordering. I saw multiple complaints about delayed shipping with little to no communication but decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt because their jewelry looked beautiful. Unfortunately, I had the same terrible experience. I placed my order weeks before Valentine's Day, expecting it to arrive on time based on their 3-5 day shipping promotion. Not only did it not arrive, but now, a full week after Valentine's Day, I still have nothing. The store has provided zero updates, and the only way I've been able to track my order is through a third-party app (Shop.app), not the company itself. To make matters worse, my package has been stuck in the "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" status for over a week, meaning they haven't even shipped it yet! It's extremely disheartening to see so many customers experiencing the same issue, yet nothing is changing.
