Despite that, the man who took my order was professional, friendly, helpful and accommodating. And the coffee was so good we came back the next day. I'll miss Rome, and I'll miss this place in particular. When I come back, this will be the first place I come. If you're curious, I had a freddo cappuccino with sugar the first time and a hot chocolate with espresso (what Americans view as a simple mocha) the second time.
