This place is right next to our hotel we stayed at and it looked busy and it had good reviews so we tried it. We were not disappointed. We had great service and great food. Prices were a bit on the higher side but it was too convenient to pass up. Plus everything in Copenhagen was expensive..lol. I ordered the mango($8) shake and the pasta ($24) and it was delish! I only wished I had a microwave in my hotel so I could take home the leftovers. My hubby ordered the bacon cheesburger with fries ($22) and a sparkling water ($4.5). The food was definitely good here.

There's not a lot to Kastrup, so I wasn't expecting much of this café next to my hotel. I'd passed it a few times when I was there the week before, thinking nothing of it. But after a long week and encouraging reviews, it seemed the obvious choice for an easy Friday night dinner before an early Saturday morning flight. I started with the local beer, then got a green salad with the Le perr burger (no guacamole). Service was understanding of us taking quite a while to pick our entrees (such variety of nachos, burritos, burgers, fish, etc), coming back to check on us several times to ensure we got in our orders. My colleague wanted to try something different, and opted for the wok. It was quite warm in the sunshine sitting on the patio, but there weren't too many folks smoking, as is often the case at these outdoor cafes. The food arrived full of fresh ingredients, particularly the salads. My burger was juicy, slathered in mayo, as is the custom in these parts. The fries were large and soft, not as crispy as I'd prefer. My colleague thoroughly enjoyed his wok, having only to mix in the fresh greens to wilt them a bit before mixing up everything. We split the check at the bar inside, where we noticed a few people were seated. A great option if you're staying nearby.

Salmon shrimp and cafes Le Perr is little restaurant that seems typical in Copenhagen, kind of small with tables both inside and outside. Nothing fancy looking but the service and food were incredible. The menu didn't have anything really weird on it but a lot of the items sounded creative and very tasty. Our server was extremely nice and helpful, she knew how to be amiable and welcoming without being intrusive and phony. She had excellent English, probably better than mine, and assisted a couple of unsafisticated and scruffy looking American tourists through the menu with patience and humor. I had some kind of salmon and shrimp thing with veggies and mushroom bisque and my wife had a salmon salad thing. I figured seafood was the one food I actually knew something. The food certainly looked attractive and appetizeing, the seafood places I'm use to in New England have great food but just sort of dump and heap it on the plate without regard to aesthetics. The salmon looked like it was cooked just right and the shrimp carefully laid on top with the veggies underneath and the mashed potatoes around the edge of the whole thing. Pretty cool. I do know salmon and this chunk of fish was absolutely delicious, among the best I ever had, and the rest of the meal great too. My wife loved her salad and the thick bread was also superb. Certainly an unassuming restaurant but clean and and pleasant with friendly and quck service and extremely good food. Just doesn't get any better than this for these scruffy Americans.

Fantastic salmon plank. Well seasoned and good presentation. Was so well seasoned, didn't need to use the sauce - though used it for the Maher potatoes. They have an English menu for non-Danish. Good location next to the Quality Airport Hotel Dan.

    Avocado and shrimp appetizer. Excellent.

The guys working behind the counter were friendly and also easy on the eyes. I wanted a pizza Margherita with anchovies, mushrooms, and an egg but they were out of egg? How do you not have eggs? I paid for my pizza sans egg (54 dkk) and waited for a suspiciously short amount of time before my order was called out. Scared that it was a frozen pizza, I peeked under the lid. Nope, looks good! It tasted great although I prefer anchovies chopped and spread out a little since they are so salty, but I've never seen anyone do that aside from myself. It was a little too moist in the middle so it should have had another minute in the oven. I rarely go out to eat in Amager, as I'm usually only here to eat at one of my Amagerkaner friends' homes. But this place is excellent for a quick bite, so I'm glad to know it's here.

I could see that they were on a totally different level than average pizzerias in the vicinity. Our pizza came as delicious as it should be.

When we arrived early there were quite a few open seats and staff had no problem seating us. We could've sat outdoors and listened to a guitarist but opted for inside. The decor was rustic and almost every inch of the wall was covered with something. Even the ceilings were painted. Service was quite good. Attentive and fast. Our section of the restaurant was quiet. However, I felt a little sorry for one server as the couple behind us kept complaining through most of their meal and eventually had to moved due to sounds they kept hearing through the wall. We didn't hear anything. Bread service was included and each slice was soft and helped us finish off the remaining bit of sauces from our pasta. My salmon pasta was quite generous with the amount of salmon chunks. The sauce was distinct creamy tomato and mixed well with the al dente pasta. My SO's mushroom tagliatelle had a nice mix of mushrooms and rich flavor. Dinner was quite filling and we couldn't fit in dessert. Would come back again should we be back in Copenhagen.

When I saw how packed it was I knew it must live up to the hype but I was super disappointed with the experience. I was sat and served bread and upon my 3rd bite of bread I noticed it super tasted like perfume or soap. Hmmmm that's odd I tried another piece and the same thing, I spit it out. In that moment I lost trust, before my main dish even arrived. When the carbonara did arrive , to my extreme disappointment it literally had no flavor what so ever. Not one seasoning was added to this dish. I only ate about 3 bites and asked for the check. The server asked if i wanted something else but at this point i just wanted to go home. They charged me in full. I walked home in disappointment on my last night in this beautiful city filled with great food. The end.

I think that Danish pizza might be different than you'll find in Italy or other European countries. So I hope I'm not being too harsh, this restaurant might be great for locals, but not for us, and what I'd expect as Italian food - which is usually vibrant in taste. The 2 stars reflect the staff who were friendly and we felt made at home, apart from this, I personally found little merit in this restaurant, and would not come back. The food was extremely disappointed. We ordered pizza and the base was very spongy and chewy. Quite thick for a thin crust and whilst the toppings were plentiful, were very bland and watery (which perhaps contributed to the soggy base). I opted for the courgette, which was extremely cheesy, but came with par cooked vegetables had little real taste. We also picked the capriosa, which came with very cheap ham (we had to remove), and a watery tomato sauce. The only saving grace albeit staff, was the complimentary brusetta, it was pretty tasty, but not a good indication of the rest of the meal we ordered. The kitchen was a little back logged with pizza orders, so we had to wait a little longer.

Pizza Tacchino I tried their BRUSCHETTERIA twice, but I just couldn't eat crusty type bread. The roof of my mouth would get scrubbed after. (_ _!) Update: As today, I definitely have to update my review for their pizza place Piccola Italia. The quality has gone down big time. No longer worth the price. Even their tomato paste tastes like the cheap supermarket-bought one. I'm giving it two stars. I guess it is about time to find a new favorite.

Food is an essence of travel and to be disappointed again and again is a bit sad. This place thankfully had good food. The pizza is not your usually Italian pizza. I assume it has a Danish twist. All 3 dips were amazing but my favorite was the tomato pesto. For my main entree, I got the miss wishbone pizza and my friend got the denny special. Both were AMAZING and were incredibly unique. The fresh prosciutto was divine and the truffle oil on the white pizza was fantastic. For dessert, I had the tiramisu. It was probably one of the best tiramisu's I've ever had. I could taste the cognac and fresh cream. European desserts--no contest! If you love Italian food, this is a must try. Service was also excellent.
