This is a place that has coffee from Nicaragua. It is a small cafe that is clean and has a few spots to sit inside and outside. I got an iced cappuccino. It tasted like nothing. The people who worked here though were very good with my food allergies to nuts and made sure to clean any equipment they needed to use to make my drink.'For that ill give this spot 4 stars. Other than that no other drinks really stood out to me even their specialty drinks since alot are made with nuts or milk that uses nuts in it.
This is a small coffee shop. We came for our black drip coffee. It has a great taste. They have a few pastries, we didn't try any. The barista was friendly.
I came here in the morning on a weekday to catch up with a coworker and it was cute. Their space is bright, clean, and there are tables and free wi-fi so you can get some work done here. Both my coworker and I got a pastry (a chocolate croissant and a ham croissant), and we also both got matchas. I thought the croissants were solid choices, but I wish they had more savory options. And, I thought that their matcha flavor wasn't very strong, so I was a bit disappointed. Overall, not a bad spot for catching up with friends or getting work done, but I thought that drinks were only okay.
I was in the area on a Saturday afternoon with my wife, daughter, and one of my daughter's friends. Of course I had done research on Yelp, to find the perfect cup of coffee. I was ready to walk an extra half mile, when my teenage daughter told me that it was time for her to start shopping. We all know those divine moments where necessity forces you to go with your second choice. Let's just say, Cafe Integral will never be my second choice again. Apologies for the long opening. The shop is small, bright, modern, and clean. The gentlemen working behind the counter were truly into their craft. Patient and friendly. My wife enjoyed a cold brew. My choice gets its own paragraph. The pour over at Cafe Integral is absolutely divine! They recommended that I try the El Porvenir bean, as the grower uses a special fermentation process. A few minutes later, I was presented with a lovely mug of coffee. I've never been much of an olfactory guy but this cup had me smelling delightful notes. My palate isn't the most expert but this cup had me tasting all of the notes. Absolutely didn't want it to end! I suppose it's something that you could put in a to go cup but do yourself a favor and sit in the cafe to truly enjoy the experience!
All my friends who are coffee snobs have talked about or recommended Café Integral to me. I'm more of a black coffee guy personally, so don't feel the need to go out of my way for a cup but in the same breath, I'm always down for a plot. I knew it was time to try it when my friend, who doesn't even drink coffee, was dying to go. He does have great taste in damn near everything though, I gotta give him that. That's why he is the big homie. We walked into Café Integral and I was shocked by the no frills environment. "No frills" is so overused, I hate myself for even writing that but that's really what it was. Boxes of Mexican Coke, togo cups, and other items necessary to run a business are scattered in the interior. For some reason, it adds to the charm. It's not dirty, it's just that they are utilizing the space to run a business. They are just here to make great coffee and don't care if the interior isn't ultra curated. I ordered a black coffee and a croissant, as I find these are the best 2 items to see what a coffee shop is really about. You can't hide anything. Things took a turn for the worst when I realized the croissant was from Balthazaar. The Balthazaar pastry fall off needs to be studied. C&B in Alphabet City still makes the best croissants in NYC, I don't even care. I do need to take responsibility though because I should have got the orange olive oil muffin instead of the croissant. It was speaking to my spirit, and I didn't listen. I bet it goes SO crazy. After stomaching the mid croissant because I'm a Croatian Warrior, the black coffee saved the day. I really can taste the difference between a good and bad black coffee at this point, and this one just tasted fresh. It made me happy. It warmed my soul. My buddy got "the Olivia" which consists of espresso, house made almond milk, cinnamon, and dates. It's also ironic because his ex-girlfrie... nvm. The house made almond milk was a huge selling point for him, which is kinda tight tbh. I tried the tiny little drink that was MAYBE 8oz, and it actually was sensational... I might get it next time when I come back for that orange olive oil muffin... IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov_reviews
It was lowkey too boujee for a regular coffee drinker like me. I would not recommend the Olivia. It's cool they make house almond milk but it's not that good lmao. I got two bevs kinda taxed and now I'm gonna try and find a matcha spot to fill the void.
This is a cute little cafe with a unique selection of south american coffee that makes it worth checking out in my opinion. I came in and visited and it was not very crowded for a weekday morning. I was able to get my horchata latte in under 5 minutes, which is in general my standard for speed at coffee shops. My main complaint deals with the lack of seating space. There is wifi here, and there are tables, but not many practical places to sit down and study like it was advertised. The horchata latte I got was plesent and I enjoyed it, and I do look forward to trying some of the other items on their menu. There were alot of bakery items that I was also tempted to crave on, so if I am in the area, I will try to visit again. The coffee itself is quite expensive, so keep that in mind, but nothing too outrageous for new york coffee.
Lovely staff and good tasting latte. My partner got the sparkling lemonade and it was very sour (almost lime tasting). Ultimately, we enjoyed both drinks that came out to be less than $10. Great value in Manhattan for two drinks. Would definitely return to this establishment.
I've been waiting to stop by for awhile since one of my favorite coffee shops in DC sells beans roasted by Cafe Integral. My friend and I were in Soho and were in need of coffee, so we stopped by. The interior is pretty small with not much spacing, but the decor was minimalistic. There are a couple shelves to sell coffee making gear (Hario & Chemex, Fellow products, filters, coffee beans, tea, chocolates, etc.) POUR OVER - 6 Not sure which beans they used to make our pour over this past Saturday afternoon, but it was pleasantly acidic and sweet (fruity, but not citrusy kind of like prunes). It became more enjoyable once it cooled down and I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee. My friend got the same thing and her preference is darker roasts, but still found this cup delightful. Overall, worth a try! I'll stop by again if I'm in the area.
not in Little Italy all that often but when i am...i am going to make sure stop at Café Integral for coffee. had a great-tasting Americano to go back in March when it was cooooooold outside. the small coffee shop serves Nicaraguan coffee as well as some small bites. the coffee was served nice and hot...and was flavorful. the cafe is a small casual space with a few seating spaces. staff is not very chatty--kinda curt actually. but who needs banter or small talk when you have quality coffee to sip on!
Came in on a Wednesday afternoon, 45min before closing. The feature Nicaraguan coffee, but they also had a good amount of speciality drinks. I chose the horchata latte - it wasn't as sweet as I thought it was going to be, which I actually enjoyed. They have some seating inside, which allowed me to read for a few minutes. Drinks were expensive, my drink came out to be $7 - I didn't even ask for special alternative milks, etc.
Cute cafe, just 3 blocks from awesome food in Chinatown town. The coffee was really well made, it was too dark for my taste however you could tell the barista knew what he was doing. It looked like they also house made their almond milk, it doesn't get more hipster then that. The store front is very small but there are two benches in the front to sip at.

Quaint coffee shop, they don't have an option for IVL but baristas are super friendly and provided some alternatives that would be good The drink was super good and strong and I loved it. Recommend and I can tell the locals really like this place. read more

Came by for some coffee while in the area. It's a cute and quaint coffee shop. We ordered an iced matcha, an iced latte, an an olive oil cake. Staff was not the friendliest unfortunately. Iced latte was a bit too milky but still had a good taste. Matcha was pretty good. read more
It's a nicely decorated and cosy cafe. Staff were quick with preparing drinks and very friendly. I got the purple rain and my friend got a cold brew. I was expecting the drink to be a little sour, given it's got apple cider vinegar and lime in it, but it honestly overpowering - I felt like it was drinking straight vinegar with chia seeds in it. My friend's cold brew was nothing special. I'd come back for the nice vibes but will stick to ordering coffee. read more

Cute café with unique menu items! This café mainly provides Nicaraguan coffee items and horchata. It has a cozy vibe with a decent amount of seating. There were clutter of boxes so it didn't look super organised, but it was nice to find seats to chill in the afternoon. I got a cappuccino, which was probably the smallest (and the cutest?) one I've seen, placed in a long shaped cup rather than a wide circular cup. Quality of the ceramic looked really good. Coffee from Central/South American region is not exactly my preference, but the cappuccino I got was very smooth and not too sour. I thought it was cool that they were selling house made almond and coconut milk and horchata. I'm curious about the horchata so I would try that next time. They also have stamp cards! Gotta visit from time to time to build up to the complimentary drink in the future. read more

You can definitely tell the coffee here is high quality - it's very smooth and not at all sour. Nice mildly roasty flavor. I got the horchata latte and it was v good quality just wasnt crazy abt it personally. Didnt think it had a lot of horchata flavor, maybe i should have gotten w almond milk? Def a fine cafe just idk if id go back read more

Cafe integral serves beans only from Nicaragua. This is one of the few shops I've been to that served a well-extracted espresso, so that's an automatic 5 star. The folks behind the counter are super friendly and willing to chat about their beans, which is also pretty fun. read more

This was a quick morning stop as we were getting ready to leave our hotel for JFK. The coffee was great and the avocado toast blew my mind. There was no skimping on the avocado and the shaved radishes made it pop. I also highly recommend the blueberry muffin. I was glad to find a local coffee shop making good food. For sit down or take away I highly recommend. read more

Cute cafe with that instagrammable, minimalist look. Standard espresso drinks + unique specialty drinks too. Plus they make their own housemade nut milks (almond milk, horchata almond milk) sweetened with dates. The horchata latte is great! Thick and creamy cinnamony flavor. Not super sweet so might need to add sugar if you're looking for something more decadent and sweet. The latter art is average haha. Came here on a weekend morning and it is busy! Pretty popular spot. Love the comfy couches in one corner. Great space to hang out and catch up with friends over coffee. They also have some food but I didn't try it. Overall a good cafe if you are in the area. I wouldn't travel out of the way for it because new york is saturated with a gazillion cafes. The unique selling point for me is definitely the housemade almond milk. read more
Cute coffee shop near Chinatown offering a fair number of unique drink creations. Had a good variety of both coffee-based drinks and other beverage items. The yuzu honey tea was refreshing and delicious. The matcha latte was underwhelming and had no matcha flavor at all. The baristas were friendly and service was quick. read more

In New York City, everyone is always on the hunt for a good cup of coffee. Cafe Integral delivers on its coffee and matchas. If you're on the south end of Soho and need to find a spot for your caffeine fix, Cafe integral is a great contender. Here's what you need to know: 1. The vibes are worthy of Instagram. If you're looking for the perfect backdrop for your latte, Cafe Integral could work. 2. The coffee is good. The beans and coffee are well done. 3. It's slightly overpriced (as with all things in Soho). Just prepare yourself to spend. 4. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. 5. There is enough variety in the menu for anyone to find what they want. NYC is filled with amazing coffee shops and places to get your caffeine and/or turmeric fix. If you're in the area, Cafe Integral is a great place to go - whether you're a local or a visitor. read more

A minimalistic coffee shop with coffee from Nicaragua. The coffee is high quality. However, it is not sweet like typical American coffee. They do not have different syrups like vanilla, caramel, etc. They have their own unique drinks and various types of milk as well. The customer service was good. There is some seating available and it is quiet enough to get work or studying done. read more

After visiting The Tenement Museum, my boyfriend and I decided to grab some coffee. Browsing coffee shops around me on Yelp, we found this cute place. The shop has a clean layout, with high tables and sofas for customers to enjoy their coffee/tea. The price were good, as we got a latte for $4.50 and a cappuccino for $4.00. The coffee were served beautifully and they tasted awesome. They also offer coffee to-go. Good place to take a rest or just grab a coffee to go! read more
Cozy, Nicaraguan coffee spot in the heart of the lower east side. They offer classic coffee drinks and innovative house specialties as well. I got the horchata latte. It hit the spot, during this cold and rainy day. This is one of their 4 locations. Bravo Helvia! (Owner) Come here if you want great service and an awesome cup of coffee. They also have an array of delicious pastries to accompany your coffee. :) read more
